'Pump Rules' Star Lisa Vanderpump Shares Thoughts On Brett Caprioni as He Calls Her 'A Confidant'

Lisa Vanderpump opened up about her relationship with Brett Caprioni during an appearance on last night's Vanderpump Rules: After Show.

After Caprioni, who was added to the Vanderpump Rules cast last summer, was seen acting flirtatiously towards his co-star and boss at SUR Restaurant, Vanderpump admitted that she finds Caprioni to be a "gorgeous" young man as he explained his feelings towards her and described her as "a confidant."

"With Brett, I knew him a little bit prior to him coming to SUR," Vanderpump began.

Following an episode of Vanderpump Rules, which featured Caprioni expressing how impressed he was by Vanderpump, Vanderpump said that when it comes to their flirty behavior on-screen, that is very much driven by her SUR Restaurant employee.

“That’s driven by him, rather than me," Vanderpump explained.

That said, Vanderpump isn't at all opposed to Caprioni's advances, even though she would never give in.

"He’s harmless. He’s fun. He’s a gorgeous, gorgeous young man and he’s very kind and I love that he’s a part of this group,” she shared.

In his own Vanderpump Rules: After Show interview, Caprioni, who had ties to Scheana Marie before joining the series last year but ultimately fell out with, said that Vanderpump was quite welcoming of him right off the bat.

“Lisa is literally the first person I met… There’s not enough good things I can say about her. It means a lot to me, just from a relationship standpoint of just someone that gave me an opportunity to work with her, and work at her restaurant, and let me in pretty quickly," Caprioni explained.

"She’s been a confidant, like someone I can really confide in and… Like, a mother like figure. But also just… I don’t want to make it seem like that but it’s more like just a good person and a great friend, at least for me," he continued. "Of course [I get flirty sometimes]. It’s hard not to. She’s so much fun and she’s so quick-witted. She’s like the smartest woman ever. She’ll say something and you smile immediately, like you weren’t even expecting it."

Continuing on about Vanderpump, Caprioni said that when it comes to the time he's spent with Vanderpump at SUR Restaurant and elsewhere, he always has a good time when he's in her presence.

"It’s always fun with her. It’s always jokey and that’s the vibe she gives. And I love that about her," he gushed.
