Model Kindly Myers has no shame in getting a little work done!
The Nashville-based model headed all the way out to Beverly Hills, California, to meet with Dr. Simon Ourian, a cosmetic dermatologist. Although the former soldier is in fantastic shape and regularly shares videos of her working out on her StairMaster, she decided to get a little work to fix her “hip dips.”
Kindly Got Some Work Done To Address Her ‘Hip Dips’
On Thursday, the Army National Reserve veteran posted a minute-long video on her Instagram page, chronicling her visit to Epione.
“Today I stopped by Epione in Beverly Hills to see the one and only Dr. Simon Ourian,” Kindly began, showing a sweeping view of the office. “I wanted to do something about my hip dips because, as much as I work out, that’s just something that I can’t seem to change on my own.”
“The office is amazing. It’s beautiful. It’s state of the art. They brought me a super cute little coffee with my face on it,” she said, showing off the latte in the video. “The hospitality was amazing. Dr. Ourian came in and he marked me up in the areas that I needed to address and he did everything perfectly.”
“I’m… I’m so happy with my decision to do this,” she added. “It’s going to look absolutely amazing. So. Here I am, on the table. The whole process was actually really fast. I didn’t expect it to go so quickly and it was pretty much painless. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who’s interested.”
“Can’t wait to show you guys the results,” she concluded.
Fans Ask Kindly Myers ‘Why Tamper With PERFECTION?’
In the caption, Kindly wrote, “Stopped by to see @simonourianmd1 at Epione in Beverly Hills. The office and staff were amazing. Working on my hip dips with a non surgical procedure. I can’t wait to see the results! It was basically painless with zero downtime.”
“Why tamper with PERFECTION?” one fan asked alongside a fire emoji. “I am glad everything went well with the procedure and I can’t wait for the results too,” another follower commented. “Stay natural,” a third fan wrote. “Girl if I had expendable income I’d be all over it!” another follower chimed in.
“I honestly don't see anything that needed changing but if it makes you happy go for it,” another fan shared. “Did he just draw graffiti on you ? But d--- he looked focused on his work, looks like a nice clinic 👍🏻,” another follower added.
So What Exactly Are Hip Dips Anyway?
According to Heathline, hip dips are “naturally occurring indents or depressions on the outside part of your upper legs just below your hip bone. For some people, the skin in this area is more tightly connected to the greater trochanter of the femur, causing the appearance of indentations.”
The publication noted that hip dips are a normal part of every person’s body and can appear as large indentations in some people and less noticeable in others. How noticeable they are depends on the bone structure between a person’s pelvis and femur. Their appearance can also be “enhanced” based on the way a person’s body distributes fat and how much muscle mass they have.
Unfortunately, it seems that “hip dips” are primarily determined by genetics, but that doesn’t mean that they can’t be altered via cosmetic procedures, as Kindly had done. Hip dips are more noticeable in those with wider hip bones and more distance between the hip socket and the ilium, which creates a wider space between the bones and thus a more pronounced hip dips.
Believe it or not, Heathline reported that hip dips are actually a sign that there is low body fat in that area. Although it’s possible to build muscle mass in your glutes to help reduce their appearance, the publication says that there’s no way to completely get rid of them.
Many fans who loved to see Kindly’s photos and videos are just glad that she is happy with her procedure and that all went well. Fans are definitely going to be directing more attention to her hips when checking out her latest bikini photo shoot.
