Simone Biles clocked herself over 250,000 views in just 30 minutes today as she delivered a mind-blowing reminder of just why she's the most decorated gymnast in the world. The 23-year-old athlete has mostly made headlines this month for chill vibes as she quarantines, however her jaw-dropping muscle machine of a display on Thursday showed life to be more than lounging in shorts – "working wine to five," the star had captioned a recent shot.

Flaunting Simone's agility, balance, flexibility, and killer body all at once, the video also saw the Ohio native shout out Beats by Dre.

The video (seen below) showed Simone in a kitchen setting and backed by counters, a chrome fridge, and black chairs. Taking up the foreground and kicking off from a floor-laid piece of equipment, Simone squatted down before manifesting her upper body strength as she swung her steely-strong legs in front of her – the limbs were eventually raised as Biles went upside-down, going into what was likely a perfect split.

A red spandex sports bra and skimpy black boy shorts effortlessly flaunted the 30-time World and Olympic medalist's rock-hard physique as she also sported red headphones to match the top half of her training gear.

Racking up a sweet 282,000+ views in 30 minutes, the video appears to have proven a hit. A caption from Simone had kept things simple, also giving a nod to the global pandemic seeing her social distance.

"Stay home and stay focused! ? #PowerRunsInTheFamily #stayhome @beatsbydre," she wrote.

Comments came in fast.

"Just a casual kitchen workout. Holy crap!" one fan wrote.

"The f-cking core strength," another added, with a third user jokingly writing: "Don't try this at home."

The Beats By Dre mention appeared noticed by one fan – they asked what Simone was listening to.

By shouting out a brand, Biles' post blurred the lines between casual name-drop and a possible influencing scenario – the star has already fronted laundry giant Tide, currently being the face of skincare brand SK-II. High-profile faces are known to often demand a fee for their shout-outs, something that Vox's experts broke down – bear in mind these are just estimates, though.

"Influencers with up to 1 million followers can get $10,000 [per post], depending on the platform, and 1 million followers and up, you’re getting into territory where they can charge $100,000. Some can even get $250,000 for a post!"

Simone has 3.7 million Instagram followers.

Simone made headlines earlier this year as her mid-March birthday saw her shade the USA Gymnastics team she represents. This came amid jailed child sex offender and former USA Gymnastics physician Larry Nassar seeing the team offer a $215 million settlement between 517 athletes – Simone claims she was abused by Nassar.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the most decorated gymnast of all time, @simonebiles! We know you will only continue to amaze us and make history! ✨???" U.S.A. Gymnastics tweeted.

"How about you amaze me and do the right thing... have an independent investigation," Simone bluntly replied.

As to seeing Biles compete in the 2021 Olympics, that's "not set in stone" – the 2020 event has been pushed back due to COVID-19.
