Joseph Baena Has Arnold Schwarzenegger's Back As He Recreates His Dad's Classic Pose

When we say Joseph Baena has dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger's back, we literally men he has an identical back with all the well-defined muscles.

The 22-year-old bodybuilder shared his impressive physique on Instagram during a rainy day posedown session in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Joe nailed one of his father's poses that Arnold made famous in the '70s. The young stud wore tight black running pants and slip-on Vans shoes but of course, he opted for no shirt for the photo. He flexed his biceps, triceps, and a bunch of other ceps that normal folks don't have.

"Perfect time to practice some posing!" Baena wrote in the caption of his post.

Baena revealed to a curious fan in the comments that he weighs in right around 200lbs, which puts him into total beefcake status. He definitely didn't get so well-defined by sitting around and, like his father before him, pretty much lives at Gold's Gym. A few months ago, Joe showed off his arm progress and defined his future bodybuilding goals.

"The goal is to make the XL shirts look like youth mediums ?," he joked in the caption of his gym rat selfie.

It's not the first time Joe has taken on Arnold's challenging poses. In 2019, he shared several shots that made it clear that he has the same body type as Arnold. He did one side-view where he strongly gripped his own forearm to get the veins in his arms to stand out and one where he had his muscular back on display.

The main difference between Arnold's body and Joseph's body is the amount of oil used to make those muscles shine but excess oil is not very practical because it gets all over the weight machines.

Arnold and Joe have a close relationship and he has made it clear that he is proud of his son. Schwarzenegger shared a special post when Baena graduated from Pepperdine University and he also wished Baena a happy birthday on social media back in October. He posted three photos that show different moments where he was proud of his son.

"Happy birthday Joseph! Watching you graduate from college this year and seeing you follow your passions has been amazing. You are a fantastic son, and I can’t wait for our next training session. I love you."
