'RHOA' Star Eva Marcille Accused Of 'Lies And Abuse' By Ex Kevin McCall

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille’s ex Kevin McCall continues to trash the reality star on social media over custody of their 6-year-old daughter Marley Rae.
Eva has been battling Kevin in court for years. She accuses him of being abusive while they were together and never paying a dime in child support. Eva recently shut down Kevin’s attempt to gain more custody.
Kevin is clearly frustrated with the state of things writing on Instagram, “No new music until I see my children. I cant choose the world over them. I'll figure out music when I have visitation with police around to protect us from the lies and abuse the mothers have put us thru the past 6 years...I've won this fight with my oldest. I'll win again. JESUS.”
Last year, Kevin sued Eva trying to obtain custody of Marley Rae. Eva claimed he was dangerous and unfit to be around their daughter. A judge sided with Eva and dismissed the entire case.
On “Real Housewives of Atlanta”, Eva showed her taking the steps to legally change Marley Rae’s last name from McCall to Sterling. Eva is married to her husband Michael Sterling and wanted Marley Rae to take his last name. After the name change became public, Kevin talked about wanting to go to therapy with Eva and Marley Rae.

He said, “I feel therapy is needed for all 3 of us honestly.. we’ve let society entertainment and media exploit our family problems instead of being solution based. Your family is under attack next. Pray and praise God In the midst.”
Eva has remained unbothered by Kevin’s public attacks on her. In the past, she has spoken out about the alleged abuse she suffered while with Kevin. She says he abused her while she was pregnant which lead to her leaving him.
As The Blast previously reported, Eva is currently beefing with her costar NeNe Leakes after she made a shady comment during an interview.
