'This Is Us': Chris Sullivan And Wife Rachel Welcome Their Second Child

Star of the hit drama series, "This Is Us," Chris Sullivan and his wife Rachel have welcomed a baby girl, their second child together. Chris shared the birth with an Instagram video of the baby meeting her new family and also revealed her beautiful name. He also said their son, Bear, is adjusting well to his new role as a big brother.

In the comment section, Chris's former castmates from "This Is Us" showered love on the family and their new baby, such as Mandy Moore and Caitlin Thompson. The actor announced Rachel's pregnancy in May this year, enlisting Bear's help to make the reveal in an Instagram video. Several of his co-stars also commented on the video with words of love and support.

Chris and Rachel married in 2010 and announced they were pregnant with Bear in January 2020. The couple both posted a sonogram photo in the announcement and shared another photo revealing his birth to their fans on Instagram.

On October 23rd, Chris announced on his Instagram that he and his wife, Rachel, had welcomed their second baby, a baby girl they'd named Aoife Bea. The actor posted an Instagram video of their baby girl meeting her new family and captioned it, "Please meet AOIFE BEA! She came 3 weeks early, fully grown, healthy and VERY strong. A super fast and smooth delivery (much to her mother's relief)."

Chris and Rachel already have a son, two-year-old Bear, whom Chris says is adjusting easily to his new role as a big brother. He wrote, "Brother Bear is enamoured and overjoyed to welcome his sister home, telling everyone' baby coming!' the day she was born. She has immediately captured our hearts and doubled the love."

Chris and Rachel received immense love and support from his "This Is Us" former cast mates in the comment section of his Instagram video announcing Aoife's birth. Mandy Moore commented, "Can't wait to meet her!! Congrats sweet Sullivan fam!!!!" while Susan Kelechi Watson posted, "My heart."

Caitlin Thompson also commented on the video, writing, "So sweet! Can't wait to meet her!" and Chrissy Metz wrote, "I can not wait to meet Ms. Aoife!" The couple's fans also crowded the comment section with words of love and support. One fan wrote, "Congratulations Sullivan Family! Gorgeous addition to a gorgeous bunch. Enjoy every second with your girl."

When she finally gave birth six months later, the couple revealed that they'd chosen the name Bear for their son. Chris posted a video of Bear on his Instagram and captioned it, "HE HAS ARRIVED. Witnessing @therealrachelsullivan bring our first son into this world, after 20 hours of labor, was one of the great honors of my life."
