Britney Spears' Sister Jamie Lynn Flaunts Killer Workout Body In Tiny Shorts Run In The Fresh Air

Jamie Lynn Spears isn't stuffing her face with Doritos as she social distances. The "Zoey 101" alum and younger sister to pop princess Britney Spears just turned 29 – keep scrolling for the epic throwback Britney shared – with Jamie Lynn's Instagram stories today documenting her sweat session.

Jamie Lynn has proven a headline-maker recently for thanking frontline workers in a way that saw actual healthcare employees thank her from the bottom of their hearts. Chalk-marked signs on the street as the blonde posed with her two daughters proved welcomed. Jamie Lynn was solo for her run today, though.

Jamie's workout stories came with a simple setup as the new Netflix face ran in an abandoned park and filmed herself in selfie more. The mom of two was focusing on getting her steps in, seen makeup-free and rocking a teeny tiny and figure-flaunting outfit as she put herself through her paces.

Rolled up around the shoulders, a white t-shirt with cartoon coloring showed off the singer and actress' toned shoulders, with further footage showing Jamie Lynn in small red Nike shorts.

Jamie kept it up as she ran in the fresh air, seen backed by grass and trees as she traversed a path. Her playlist was also shared as being PARTYNEXTDOOR featuring Rihanna's "BELIEVE IT."

As to the headlines Jamie Lynn has been making, they've been pretty immense. It was Jamie Lynn who tagged 38-year-old sister Britney in the #DoYourPart challenge that saw the two offer to pay for diapers, food, wipes, and other necessities as millions face new hardships. Jamie Lynn later partnered up with Doordash to pay for home-delivered meals.

April 3 marked "Toxic" singer Britney taking to Instagram to wish her little sibling a happy birthday. An adorable throwback from the 2002 Teen Choice Awards was shared, showing Britney in her youth and a pre-teen Jamie Lynn next to her. The two had jointly presented the night's final award, although fans mostly lost it at the sister shot.

"Omg this may be the cutest thing I've seen in months," one fan had written.

"Love the Spears sisters," another user had said.

A video showing Jamie Lynn's family life with 11-year-old daughter Maddie and infant daughter Ivey was shared to her Instagram two days ago. The simple footage came captioned with reflective thoughts from the star.

"I think 29 will be the year that teaches me to get back to the basics of life, and to never outgrow the simple things. I’m very fortunate, but I’ve always felt fortunate, even when I didn’t have a bedroom, because I’ve always felt loved, even when it was hard to love each other or when it was just plain hard for mom to pay the bills," she wrote, adding:

"So let’s all try and love each other through these crappy times," also sharing how grateful she was for the birthday wishes.
