Demi Moore and her daughters Tallulah, Scout, and Rumer Willis have been in quarantine together since the lockdown that resulted from the coronavirus pandemic. On Monday, fans learned another surprising family member was there with them, Bruce Willis. Willis and Moore’s daughter, Tallulah Willis, posted a photo of her parents, arms around each other’s shoulders and giving the thumbs-up as they posed for the camera. Tallulah’s 28-year-old sister, Scout Willis, Tallulah’s boyfriend, film director Dillon Buss, and the family dog were also in the picture.
Everyone in the group, including the dogs, was dressed in cheery striped green matching pajamas. Everyone was grinning widely and looking very happy.
Moore also posed a similar image to her Instagram on Monday, April 6, which she captioned, ‘Chaotic neutral.’ An additional post from the ‘Striptease’ actress included even more family members. Willis’ current wife, model Emma Heming, was not included in any of the posts, but there were no hard feelings. Heming commented: ‘Not many can pull that color off! Lookin good squad.’
The heartwarming scene has garnered much attention from online fans. One did not seem to approve of the family’s festivities and commented, ‘Social not really distancing.’ However, Tallulah was quick with the response, ‘We made the choice to quarantine together and have been together for 27 days taking every precaution.’ She also reminded people to ‘stay inside and wash your hands!’ Other fans have had more positive reactions to the blended family. One said, ‘Aw this makes me so happy to see. Blessings.’
After thirteen years of marriage, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore divorced in 2000 but have continued to maintain a close relationship. Moore was even a guest of honor at Willis’ Comedy Central Roast back in 2018. They have also been open about the fact that they raised their children together and will always remain as co-parents. In her 2019 memoir ‘Inside Out,’ Moore wrote about how ‘proud’ she was about how they handled their divorce and of their ability to parent effectively after their split.
Moore said, ‘I’m the product of divorced parents, and my brother and I were the pawns in my parents’ game. I never wanted that for my kids. At that time, I could not have seen what a gift that situation was, but without that experience, I would not have known there was a different choice to make in my own divorce.’
Demi Moore seems like an all-around mutually supportive partner. She and her second husband, Ashton Kutcher, also remain close friends. When they split in 2011 Kutcher shared via tweet, ‘I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi.’
