Tom Brady's Ex, Bridget Moynahan, Seemingly Weighs In On His Crumbling Marriage

Tom Brady’s relationship with Gisele Bündchen is quickly crumbling, and his ex-girlfriend seemed to weigh in on their relationship rough patch.

The quarterback was dating actress Bridget Moynahan prior to marrying the former Victoria’s Secret model.

Bridget and Brady share a son, Jack (13), together.

Over the weekend, the actress shared a cryptic quote about relationships.

The post read, “Not everything is meant to be mended. Not all relationships are meant to last a lifetime. Sometimes we have to learn to get comfortable with the gifts that are offered through the ruptures and the endings instead of the stories of repair and reconciliation.”

Bridget captioned the post, “We’re comfortable with the happily-ever-after stories because…well, Disney. Sometimes that’s reality. But reality also looks like relationships that’s don’t get mended. Endings that don’t have beautiful closure. Ruptures that stay ruptured.”

The caption continued, “It’s much harder to be face to face with this. Our tolerance for it is low. And yet, some of our greatest gifts, offerings, and lessons come from this space. The relationship that doesn’t work out but teaches you something important about yourself. The rupture that doesn’t get mended but shows you something new about a pattern of yours. There is value in getting comfortable in this space. What’s something you’ve learned from a disappointing ending or a rupture that never got mended? #mindfulmft”

Alec Baldwin commented on her post writing, “Amen. In certain cases, I should have gotten out earlier. I believe the phrase is ‘Would you rather be lonely or wrong?’ Some of the most resonating discoveries come from solitude.”

Her fans also weighed in on the cryptic quote.

“I watched my parents divorce and become much happier people. Of course at first I wanted them to reconcile but seeing them grow as humans was a big lesson for me. I was much happier when I saw them become happier,” a fan wrote.

Another replied, “I’ve learned that some people just aren’t meant to be in your life forever. Some people don’t deserve the love you give them. Most importantly, when ?arise PAY ATTENTION TO THEM. Ignoring them now = trouble later.”

“That people actually do grow apart and friendships don’t always last forever and that it is okay when they don’t. Growth is the whole point of being alive, after all. ❤️,” another fan commented.

The timing of the post is definitely not a coincidence.

Last week, Brady announced he would NOT be retiring any time soon. You may recall that his retirement announcement in February was music to Gisele’s ears, but less than a month later he came out of retirement and that absolutely crushed the supermodel.

In September, Gisele expressed her concern with the sport and her husband’s involvement.

"This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present," the supermodel shared in a September interview with Elle. "I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]."

During a Tampa Bay Buccaneers press conference, Brady addressed retirement rumors.

“I think a lot of it for me is just us going out there to, you know… I love the sport; I love the teammates and I want to go do a great job for this team like I always have. So, no retirement in my future,” he said.

Earlier this month, she hinted at one of the reasons for the demise of their relationship.

She recently commented on an Instagram post by Jay Shetty.

The post read, "You can't be in a committed relationship with someone who is inconsistent with you. Read that again."

Gisele commented on the post with a simple prayer hands emoji.

Her comment may be simple, but it says A LOT!

Gisele was the first to make a move to hire a divorce lawyer and this reportedly hit Brady where it hurt.
