Model Jen Selter is showing her followers how to start off the morning on the right foot.
The 29-year-old fitness influencer showed her fans how she starts her day (in a white tee and skimpy thong) before getting dressed, eating breakfast, and jumping into her workout routine.
She then followed it up with her “healthy” orange smoothie recipe to really help her millions of social media followers get going in the morning!

In her latest Instagram video, set to the tune of Sam Smith and Kim Petras’ “Unholy (Acraze remix),” Jen shared her morning routine with her 13.5 million Instagram followers. Jen begins the video by making her bed and hopping into her sneakers, along with leopard-printed workout gear.
After she makes her drinks lemon water, makes her breakfast, and eats it, she does some work on her laptop before she sets down her yoga mat, grabs a pair of bright green dumbells, and a glute resistance band, and proceeds to work out. At the end of the video, the fitness model taps on her toned abs, showing off the definition in her chiseled core.
In the caption, Jen wrote, “Today we’re talking about INCREASING MORNING PRODUCTIVITY!💥We all have those days where we wake up feeling blah but we have to beat those morning blues baby 💃🏻 Here are my favorite tips to jump-start morning productivity!”
She listed six steps to help her followers get ready in the morning, starting with changing out of their pajamas. “Changing out of your pajamas will help you to be productive (especially if you are working from home),” Jen wrote. The second step is making your bed. Jen added, “This simple task will help you feel like you’ve already accomplished something and motivate you to keep going.”
The third step is to hydrate “as always” while the fourth step was a reminder that “FOOD IS FUEL. Eating a healthy breakfast is important to give your body the energy it needs to focus and stay on track throughout the day. Make sure you are listening to your body!”
The fifth step is to write down your to-do list. Jen reminded her followers that it’s “easy to feel overwhelmed by a big load of work – so break it up into manageable chunks and identify the top 3-5 things you want to finish by the end of the day!”
The sixth and final step is to move. Jen reminded her followers that “even 5 minutes of stretching will help get your blood flowing and jumpstart your morning, helps increase energy and happiness!”
Jen Shares Her ‘Healthy’ Orange Smoothie Recipe With Her Followers
In a 33-second Instagram video, the New York native shared her recipe for a healthy orange smoothie that can be enjoyed in the morning, afternoon, or as a snack! Jen teased, “G🍊🍊D Morning!! Can you peel the love and zest in this healthy Orange #SelterSmoothie?! Try this sweet blend and you’ll realize it’s kind of a big peel.”
To make the recipe, all you need to do is dump a few ingredients into a BlendJet and spin for one cycle. To make the smoothie, all the ingredients you need are 1 ½ cups of water, 1 cup of ice, 2 oranges, ½ cup of frozen banana, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 piece of ginger, and ½ cup of sliced carrots.
Fans said that they loved the recipe and wanted to try to make it at home for themselves! “I need to try this out,” one fan commented. “Love this,” another follower wrote. “I’d rather just one cup. Who wants to take smoothie shots 😂,” a third fan asked.
