Singer Taylor Swift finally released her tenth studio album, "Midnights," and it's quickly become the most streamed album in a single day in Spotify history.
Although Taylor collaborated with some incredible legends on the album, like Lana Del Rey and actress Zoë Kravitz, she didn't get a chance to work with the legendary Janet Jackson. That being said, the "I Bet You Think About Me" singer still found a way to work her into one of her songs on the album.
Janet Jackson Reacts To Hearing Her Name In Taylor Swift's New 'Midnights' Album
In a 43-second TikTok video, the “Together Again” singer posted a clip of her listening to the bridge and chorus of one of Swift’s most popular songs on the album, “Snow On The Beach,” which she wrote and sang with Lana Del Rey.
In the bridge, they sing, “I can’t speak / afraid to jinx it / But your eyes are flying saucers from another planet / Now I’m all for you like Janet / Can this be a real thing? Can it?”
In the video, Janet smiles as she hears her name and continues to hum and bob her head along to the chorus. As the chorus comes to an end, she says, “That’s nice. That’s nice.” In the caption, she wrote, “i LUV it,” tagging Taylor Swift in the video.
A Taylor and Janet Collaboration Would Make Swifties ‘Wildest Dreams’ Come True!
The video got hundreds of posts from Swifties who would love to see the two collaborate together. “I love that she is listening! Mega fans of both … this makes me so happy!” one fan commented. “Legends supporting legends,” another follower wrote. “@Taylor Swift call and feature @Jacket Jackson on REMIX!!!!” a third fan exclaimed.
“Wow! I bet Taylor will lose her mind knowing Janet likes her song and her homage to her,” another fan wrote. “I giggled when she referenced you Janet! I’m adoring you more that you’re rocking out to Tay!” another follower shared. “This made me smile so mug omg janet x taylor when?” another fan asked.

this is our first album we’ve done with just the two of us as main collaborators. We were so lucky to also work with @sam_dew, @sounwave, Lana Del Rey, @Jahaansweet, @thekeanubeats, William Bowery, and @ZoeKravitz. @Sharp_Stick was our excellent engineer.

In another tweet, which included a few snaps of her working alongside her longtime friend and collaborator, Jack Antonoff, Taylor called "Midnights" a "wild ride of an album" and thanked Jack for being her "co-pilot on this adventure."
"He’s my friend for life (presumptuous I know but I stand by it) and we’ve been making music together for nearly a decade HOWEVER... this is our first album we’ve done with just the two of us as main collaborators. We were so lucky to also work with @sam_dew, @sounwave, Lana Del Rey, @Jahaansweet, @thekeanubeats, William Bowery, and @ZoeKravitz. @Sharp_Stick was our excellent engineer."
She added, "Midnights is a collage of intensity, highs and lows and ebbs and flows. Life can be dark, starry, cloudy, terrifying, electrifying, hot, cold, romantic or lonely. Just like Midnights. Which is out now."
