Heather Rae Young Inspires With Touching Love Story Ahead Of 1st Anniversary

Given that the 23rd day of this month marks their first wedding anniversary, the beloved wife, Heather Rae Young — who has fully taken on her husband's name — took to Instagram to share her heartfelt romance story.

The El Moussas, who tied the knot on October 23, 2021, at the Rosewood Miramar Beach Hotel in Montecito, have taken a romantic trip to celebrate the significant milestone.

Heather was over the moon as she flooded the gram with a series of snaps from the couple’s fairytale wedding ceremony the previous year. All the pictures featured the cute duo donning exquisite wedding ensembles at their wedding venue and looking to be having the time of their lives among loved ones and guests.

The first slide showed them dancing and beaming with joy, with their heads almost touching, while the second was a back view of them waving at guests. Fans later got a view of the twosome kissing intimately in another slide, behind a raised dais decorated with white flowers.

The sixth image displayed a family affair as Heather and her partner could be seen hugging two different females, possibly their family members but unclear given that their faces were obscured. The 35-year-old also had a family moment in the next snap as she posed with her stepson, Brayden, sitting on a shell-shaped couch and hugging him to her chest. 

And in the final slide, Heather and Tarek were captured having a romantic moment as they locked lips while holding on to each other and dancing. Beginning her touching caption, the then-bride wrote:

"Some wedding spam because it’s almost our one wedding anniversary, and to me, that is extremely special. This is for my ladies or for anyone that believes in love. I am someone who loves love. Who believes in true love and who never gave up on knowing that I would find my person."

Although Heather was a romantic, she also envied those who had found their “true best friend and life partner” in a relationship. She often wondered why she was not so lucky and “sacrificing” her happiness with unfulfilling “situations.”

The brilliant real estate agent further wrote, “When I met Tarek, I almost didn’t go on that first date purely out of being scared I’d get my heart broken again….” However, she took the risk, and fortunately, the universe merged their souls, which she appreciates every single day. Heather concluded:

"Because every day I wake up knowing I have a man that supports me and loves me through everything. This is all to say: Never, never, never give up. [white heart emoji]."

The El Moussas’ love story is no doubt inspiring, given that they are a worthy romantic match even years after their first meeting on the 4th of July, two years before their wedding. This year while others marked the Fourth of July event, the couple could not help but honor the third anniversary of their first meeting by sharing exciting details about their love affair.

According to the couple’s separate social media messages, they met while riding on different boats in Newport, and the encounter forever changed their lives. While Heather admittedly still got the “chills” whenever she recalled the moment, Tarek confessed to being on cloud nine meeting the person he wanted to spend forever with.

Late last month, pregnant Heather blessed fans with an entertaining image of herself on Instagram while also gushing about her pregnancy, inspiring her in the attached caption. The Blast noted that the picture showed her sitting on the edge of a high chair holding a can of drink and wearing black high-waisted leggings and a bra.

Two other people were in the snap, one holding a powder brush to the celeb’s face while the other put a bracelet on her wrist. In the caption, the expectant mother revealed that her pregnancy news came at an interesting time of her life, and she even became more inspired to “build an empire” upon hearing the news.  

She believed all mothers are “superheroes” whose bodies can do “incredible” things, and from experience, she saw raising kids as a full-time job. Heather was excited that her unborn son would grow to see her successfully perform both roles even though being a mom itself is “work.”
