Kanye West just lost one of his major partners, Balenciaga, due to his recent anti-Semitic attacks, as well as his claims surrounding the death of George Floyd.
Now, he is hoping things will turn around for him soon as reports are coming in that the rapper has just hired Johnny Depp's attorney -- Camille Vasquez -- from his defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard.

According to sources close to Kayne West, the 45-year-old has recently hired Camille Vasquez and the Brown Rudnick firm to represent his business interests, including contracts and deals.
Ye also recently hired Bob Cohen, who is Melinda Gates' former divorce attorney, to represent him in his ongoing divorce with Kim Kardashian. According to reports, Camille Vasquez and the Brown Rudnick will not be involved in the divorce.
Kanye Speaks Out About Anti-Semitic Comments
After making several anti-Semitic comments, Kanye West admitted he caused pain to Jewish people, but is not sorry for what he said. When speaking to Piers Morgan for a two-hour interview for the TV show’s host upcoming show, Piers asked the rapper, “Do you now regret saying, ‘Deathcon 3 on Jewish people?’ Are you sorry you said that?"
To which Ye replied, “No. Absolutely not. Absolutely not. Absolutely not,” he responded, but Piers insisted “you should be.”
Piers said Kanye’s “deathcon 3” comment is “as racist as anything you say you’ve been through and any pain you’ve experienced.”
“Racism is racism. You know that, I think, don’t you?” Morgan continued to say, to which Ye said, “Yes, that’s why I said it. I fought fire with fire. I’m not here to get hosed down. That’s a different type of freedom fighter.”
Camille Vasquez Speaks Out On Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard Trial
Although Johnny Depp’s trial in the U.K. was unsuccessful — a judge ruled that The Sun was correct in reporting that Depp was violent towards Heard three months after the trial began — his trial in the United States against ex-wife, Amber Heard, was a win.
The jury found Amber Heard defamed the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor by publicly accusing him of domestic abuse, and found that Depp proved Heard lied about her allegations.
Johnny Depp’s lawyer, Camille Vasquez, explained why the U.S. case was a win and the U.K. case was not when speaking to the “Today Show”, saying, “It was a different process. And also, Mr. Depp, and Ms. Heard, in this case, were the parties.”
“They had different disclosure obligations…and the overwhelming evidence that was presented in this case in Virginia far exceeded what was presented in the UK. And we believe the jury got it right,” she continued.
Despite Depp’s career taking a few hits -- First, Warner Bros.’ “The Fantastic Beasts” franchise dropped the actor from the films and recast him with Mads Mikkelson. Then, the Walt Disney Company fired Depp from his iconic role of Jack Sparrow in the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise -- the U.S. trial was still a success.
