Dr. Pimple Popper has just been handed the biggest blackhead you have ever seen, and this thing is so big it looks like she is doing surgery on someone who has been hit by a bullet! Ya, it's that HUGE!

This blackhead is such a monster she if forced to RIP it right out of the body instead of squeezing...
In the video, Dr. PP doesn't even try and use her good ol' squeeze method because she knows this thing has embedded itself so far inside of the body.
The good doctor slices open the top of it and begins to TEAR it out of its hole! It's nuts!
