Reality star Teresa Giudice has confirmed that no prenup binds her and her new husband, Luis Ruelas.
The pair tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in August, attended by their friends and their children from their previous marriage.
Missing from the festivities was Giudice's brother Joe Gorga, who has been feuding with his sister since they had a falling out while filming the season 13 finale of Bravo's "Real Housewives of New Jersey."
Speaking in a recent episode of "Watch What Happens Live," Giudice shared that she did not sign a prenup with Ruelas, revealing that her "true love" for him made her opt out of doing so.

Teresa Giudice Says 'True Love,' No Prenup
On Tuesday, a new episode of "Watch What Happens Live" with Andy Cohen aired, which featured a conversation between the show's host and Giudice, taped over the weekend at BravoCon 2022.
In the video, Giudice was seen being asked a question about her new marriage by a fan sporting a bridal-like attire similar to the reality star's wedding look.
The fan said, per Page Six, "We love you. We love you and Louie's love. And I wonder, did you happen to follow uncle Andy's advice and get a prenup?"
Back in February, Giudice revealed she didn't want to get a prenup amid her blossoming relationship with Ruelas. At the time, Cohen had openly advised her to change her stance and protect her wealth in case of any future split.
In response to the fan's question, Guidice said, "No. True love. True love, yes," while grinning at the audience. This time, host Cohen shared no reservations about the reality star's decision, merely chipping in with a short remark of support.
"All right," he said. "Personal decision."
Teresa Giudice Signed A Prenup In Her Previous Marriage
Giudice's decision to opt-out of a prenup can be traced to her unsavory experience signing such a document in her previous marriage. The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star was formerly married to Joe. The pair share four daughters, Gia, 21; Gabriella, 18; Milania, 16, and Audriana, 13. They finally divorced in September 2020 after over two decades of marriage.
During a February 2022 "WWHL" episode, Gia, who appeared alongside her mother in the show, explained what seems to be her mother's reservation about the document.
"I really didn't like that," Gia said, per Page Six. "My dad really did make her sign a prenup before the wedding. … I don't know, I think my mom, she's so high up that she's not gonna want to take anything from him, and I think he would never want to take from her."
Teresa Giudice's Wedding To Luis Ruelas
Despite the lack of prenup, Giudice gladly walked down the aisle with Ruelas at the Park Chateau Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick, New Jersey, in front of their friends and family. The groom wore a white blazer and black pants with a black bowtie. Meanwhile, Giudice donned a lengthy, strapless gown with a plunging neckline that showed off her cleavage.
In attendance were Giudice's daughters alongside her Ruelas' two sons, David and Nicholas. The ceremony. Also in the congregation were several Bravo stars, including costars Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jackie Goldschneider, Chanel Ayan, Alexia Nepola, and Ashley Darby.
The entire event was filmed as part of a Bravo special tagged "The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa's Lavish Wedding." The special will premiere a week after the Season 13 finale of "RHONJ."
Joe Gorga Did Not Attend His Sister's Wedding
The biggest surprise of the wedding was the absence of Giudice's brother and sister-in-law, Joe Gorga and Melissa Gorga. Joe and Giudice had a falling out while filming the Season 13 finale of "RHONJ" and have yet to reconcile.
In an interview with Us Weekly, the Standing Strong author shared that Gorga's absence dealt her an emotional blow, citing that he was the only family she had left.
"That's my only family. So, what do you think? Yeah, it was devastating," she told the publication. "I mean, the day before [our wedding], I was in tears 'cause I just found out. It was heartbreaking [because] it's my only family, and Luis was hurting for me. My children were hurting. But then [on] that day, that day was our day."
