Carrie Underwood's insane workout body is back on the 'Gram. In fact, it's encouraging the millions currently stuck at home to both get into shape and – as the 37-year-old has already stated – not push themselves to ridiculous limits. The country singer, clothing designer, and "Find Your Path" author has appeared in a new promo over on the Fit52 app accompanying her March 3-released book – if you're unfamiliar with the exercise app, early downloaders have already dubbed it addictive.

As part of a batch showing Carrie's overall life, the photo showed the "Drinking Alone" singer mid-workout and looking both the muscle machine that she is, plus a total doll. Carrie had been photographed in a lunge stretch using a wooden playground ladder for support, seen showing off her world-famous legs in a tiny pink pair of gym shorts from her 2015-founded Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line. A black zip training top and sneakers completed the look.
With those bombshell blonde locks braided and tied back, plus the unidentified child using the nearby climbing frame, this photo wasn't sending out Kardashian vibes.

A caption from Fit52 spoke to anyone who's ever experienced workout guilt – or rather, the failed feeling when the sweat session isn't achieved.
"Take your fitness journey one day at a time! Like Carrie said in her recent interview with @parade.media, “One lazy day on the couch isn’t going to wreck everything.” It’s all about finding balance and fueling your soul. ✨#FindYourPath ?: @cameronpremo," it read.
Also included was a stunning shot of Carrie with 2010-married husband Mike Fisher, a moment as the blonde chopped yellow peppers, plus Carrie confidently smiling in her home – a watermelon was seen in the background.

The seven-time Grammy Award winner's recent Parade interview saw her speak of wacky diets – Carrie isn't a fan.
“I’ve seen crazy diet suggestions, and I’ve tried some that are entirely unsustainable. No, I’m not going to puree my own peas or make my own hummus,” she told the media outlet.
"They have it at the store. You know what I do? I eat microwave burritos multiple times a week because they’re easy. It’s about finding those solutions and doing your best," Carrie added.

Carrie's Tofurky and veggie lunches now come with equally healthy vegan stir-fry chicken dinners. The balanced nutrition wasn't always there, though, as Carrie recently revealed. The mom of two's 2005 "American Idol" win came with a period of self-starvation – after reading "Carrie's getting fat" on online message boards, the singer began checking food labels, logging her elliptical time, and dropping her calorie intake to just 800 per day.
Carrie is currently in quarantine with her family on account of the novel coronavirus. Yesterday brought a power home garage gym workout with husband Mike, with the star also sharing her tasty tortilla pizza – ingredients were from what was already in the fridge.
