Dr. Pimple Popper just found out what the BIGGEST Lipoma in history looks like after she sliced this patient's back open and squeezed out a giant cyst!! You have to see this!

In the video, at first, it seems like the doctor is about to slice off this person's entire love handle...but it turns out it isn't just a little extra weight. This is a huge lipoma that takes the doctor multiple tries to get out!
To start the process, Dr. Lee makes a HUGE slice into this patient's side to open up the cyst, and it looks like an entire brain is about to flop out!
"OMG what a big lipoma," one fan wrote after seeing the size of this monster. Another simply added, "Holy hell?"
As you can see...it takes the good doctor both hands AND several tools to extract this massive growth.
After seeing it start oozing out, one fan responded, "I would have thought that person was just overweight," Nope, it's a giant cyst!!
