Carrie Underwood is straight-up kicking butt during coronavirus lock-down. The 37-year-old singer, clothing designer, and "Find Your Path" author is no stranger to sharing her insane post-baby body on social media – with most footage showing the blonde professionally photographed and solo, though, her Monday Instagram update bucked the trend.
A home video of Carrie and husband Mike Fisher sweating it out in their garage-set home gym was posted earlier today. It was couples goals, workout goals, and a neat way for Carrie to promote the Fit52 app that accompanies her book.

Carrie's video (seen below) showed sped-up footage of the "Cry Pretty" singer and her NHL player husband Mike. Both were in full power mode, seen busting out everything from squats and weight reps to planks – Carrie had picked some appropriately-pumped music from Mötley Crüe to accompany the video, even giving the band a shout-out in her caption.
2010-married Mike kept it casual in shorts, a dark tee, and a baseball cap, while his mogul of a wife showed off her killer body in black-and-white leggings, a simple tank, and sneakers.

There's a lot of love for Carrie on Instagram. The "American Idol" winner's post had racked up a sweet 400,000+ views within four hours of going live – the comments section also quickly filled up.
"I think I got a workout just watching the two of you ???," one fan wrote.
"Y'all really work out quick??," another said.
Replies also seemed to come from moms struggling amid the COVID-19 lock-down – Carrie herself is a mother to 5-year-old Isaiah and 1-year-old Jacob.
"@carrieunderwood being a mom of two myself especially during the quarantine time how are you keeping your kids occupied to have an uninterrupted work out? Probably my biggest barrier," a fan wrote.

The run-up to Carrie's March 3 book release saw her speak to Women's Health, with a break-down of exactly what the star eats provided.
Calling herself a "wannabe vegan," Carrie detailed kicking the day off with egg-white or tofu scrambles, Ezekiel bread, berries, and coffee. For lunch, she'll grab a Tofurky sandwich with mustard and veggies, while dinner can see her whip up a vegan chicken stir-fry. Snacks will be green smoothies or a protein bar, but the "Drinking Alone" singer did confess to indulging with red wine while watching "The Bachelor."

Carrie's nutrition hasn't always been so balanced. The star recently made headlines for confessing to a period of self-starvation following her 2005 "American Idol" win.
Carrie let her "haters" become her "enablers" after reading online message board trolls saying: "Carrie's getting fat." The result was the blonde checking food labels, logging her time on the elliptical, and reducing her calories to just 800 per day. The average woman needs 2,000 calories a day.
Carrie has also been busy on Instagram amid COVID-19, sharing sweet activities with her kids, plus her tasty tortilla pizzas. She continues to promote her 2015-founded Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line alongside her more recent ventures.
