DaBaby was seen getting close with comedian B. Simone in a steamy Instagram shot.

The photos come after B. Simone has publicly spoke of her love for the rapper and even dressed as his “wife” on Halloween.
Earlier this month, B. Simone posted a photo of DaBaby holding stacks of money captioned, “MODD AF ? Imma big dawg you a pup to me ??♀ ????No one will out hustle or out work me that’s a fact not an opinion .... I HAVE 27 DAYS “
The reported new romance comes amid DaBaby’s mounting legal woes. Earlier this month, a woman named Tyronesha Laws sued DaBaby over an alleged nightclub assault.
On March 7, Laws says she was inside a Tampa club waiting for DaBaby to perform when “suddenly and without any warning” violently struck her in the face while walking through the club.
In the suit, Laws accuses DaBaby of smacking her in the face which caused her “injuries about her face and head” along with “extreme mental and emotional distress.”
The lawsuit accuses DaBaby of battery, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Laws is seeking in excess of $30,000 in damages.
Laws’ attorneys, Matt Morgan and Chelsea Cromer, released a statement to Pitchfork, “Morgan & Morgan has filed a formal lawsuit against DaBaby relating to the incident in Tampa. The incident was outrageous and shocking. We have requested a jury trial and look forward to presenting all of the surrounding circumstances to a jury of our client’s peers. Our goal is to deter similar conduct in the future and send a message that this type of behavior is not tolerated in America.
Prior to the lawsuit, video of the alleged incident went viral and fans ripped DaBaby for assaulting a woman. He issued a public apology claiming he didn’t know it was a woman because of the camera flash blinding him.
