Melanie Martin is calling out Aaron Carter after she was arrested for felony domestic violence. Breaking her silence on social media, the former Orange County bartender isn't holding back, seemingly calling him a liar and making it clear they are broken up following the alleged attack. As The Blast reported, Aaron Carter's girlfriend was arrested and held on $50k bail for allegedly scratching him during an argument that turned physically violent on Sunday evening. When police arrived at the singer's home, Aaron Carter reportedly showed them multiple scratches and said he was injured during their fight.
According to reports, after speaking with both Aaron Carter and Melanie Martin, authorities determined she was the "aggressor" in the fight. While Aaron Carter has remained quiet on the alleged incident, Melanie Martin didn't hold back. In a since-deleted post, she shared a photo on her Instagram Monday that read, "tell a lie your ex said and read someone else's comments to see if they've been in similar situations." Melanie Martin didn't add a caption to her post but her message was loud and clear. Within minutes, several people began leaving her comments with one famous ex, in particular, dropping a line from her controversial former "Jersey Shore" boyfriend.
Jen Harley, whose controversial back and forth relationship with her ex Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has played out in the public eye, showed Aaron Carter's former lady some love. "You will never find anyone better than me ???✌?✌?," Jenn Harley commented on Melanie Martin's post. While Aaron Carter's breakup is fresh and new, so is his face tattoo displaying his ex's name. The singer recently got the word "Melanie" inked above his eyebrow, but he's not the only one who made their relationship permanent.
A source close to the couple told The Blast that Melanie Martin got "Aaron" tattooed on one of her wrists. The couple were recently talking about marriage too and went ring shopping just weeks ago. Aaron Carter wasn't going to give Melanie Martin some basic diamond either, he was looking at dropping close to $100k on her rock. Showcasing a close-up of the engagement ring she liked, he showed the actual price tag which clocked in at $80,800. When the jeweler reiterated the price, Aaron Carter didn't even flinch. On the bright side? At least he can use some of that money to cover up his Melanie tattoo.
