Dr. Pimple Popper -- See This Neck Cyst Filled With 'Egg Salad' Explode!

Dr. Pimple Popper is about to get quite the surprise when she goes after this massive neck cyst that grew on a patient's hairline, and you will never believe what comes flying out of it!!
"More than just a little scruff on the neck!" Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the new pop video.
In the clip, you can see that the doctor has to lift up this guy's hair to see just how HUGE this baby is on the back of his neck.
To begin, the good doctor slices the top of this cyst wide open so she can easily get at the insides. And you know exactly what happens next!!!
This thing EXPLODES...and a gnarly yellowish substance comes pouring out of his head! "Wowww...really satisfying!!! I needed that..." one fan posted.

After seeing it open up, you knew this one was coming, "Want some spray cheese? -- "Why is it so satisfying and disgusting at the same time!"

As soon as the doctor squeezed a few times, this came flying out of this man's neck!

Dr. Pimple Popper never backs down from a challenge, and this minefield filled with cysts and pimples is the worst we have ever seen!

In the video, the good doctor goes after the biggest and thickest of the bunch and what comes pouring out is shocking!!
To start, Dr. Lee slices into the top of one of these monsters and what coming leaking out is crazy!
Look at the color of that gunk!!
