Rapper Kanye West is looking for a new platform to share his unfiltered thoughts, and it looks like he might have found it in Parler.

After facing restrictions on Instagram over posting anti-Semitic tweets, the "Donda" rapper headed over to Twitter, where he was locked out of his account after tweeting that he would go  “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.”

On Monday, October 17, the right-wing social media app, Parler, announced that Ye had agreed to acquire the controversial app, which touts itself as an "uncancelable" space.

As per NBC News, Parlement Technologies, Parler's parent company, announced “it has entered into an agreement in principle to sell Parler” to the Yeezy designer, who has been “taking a bold stance against his recent censorship from Big Tech."

Ye provided his own statement, saying, “In a world where conservative opinions are considered to be controversial we have to make sure we have the right to freely express ourselves."

In a statement, the company said that they expect the deal to close by the end of the calendar year. Ye Faced Social Media Restrictions Over His Anti-Semitic Comments

Earlier this month, the American Jewish Committee took to Twitter to slam the "Flashing Lights" rapper and his recent string of posts. In one tweet, they said that the rapper's week consisted of "incoherent rants laden with racist and antisemitic undertones made on the country’s top cable news program" and "Anti-Jewish posts shared with his 18 million followers on Instagram."

Ye had gotten into a verbal spat with Sean "Diddy" Combs, posting private text messages on Instagram after Diddy called out the "White Lives Matter" shirt that Ye debuted at his YZY Season 9 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week

On October 6, Ye took part in a polarizing Fox News interview with conservative host Tucker Carlson to talk about the controversial fashion statement.

The "Hurricane" rapper doubled down on his conservative stance, telling the right-wing host "I don't care about people's reactions." When Carlson asked him why he wore an ultrasound photo hanging from a lanyard around his neck, Ye told him, "It just represents life. I'm pro-life."

During the wide-ranging interview, Ye also claimed that his life was threatened over his support of then-President Donald Trump.

During the interview, the "No Church In The Wild" rapper claimed that his "so-called friends" told him that his career, and his life, would be over if he continued to show support for the MAGA giant.

“My so-called friends/handlers around me told me if I said that I liked Trump that my career would be over. That my life would be over,” Ye said. “They said stuff like people get killed for wearing a hat like that," he continued, referring to the red MAGA hat.

"They threatened my life," Ye alleged. "They basically said that I would be killed for wearing the hat."

He then referenced the "White Lives Matter" controversy, adding, "I had someone call me last night and said anybody wearing a ‘white lives matter’ shirt is going to be green-lit. That means they are going to beat them up if I wear it. I’m like, you know, ‘Okay, green light me then.’"
