It seems that Kylie Jenner may have just proven that she doesn't use her own brand's skin products. She took to Instagram earlier this month sharing a post of herself spraying on sunscreen. However, she may have made herself look bad by doing this because fans couldn't help but notice that the sunscreen she was using was not her own brand.
Jenner launched the brand, Kylie Skin in May 2019. It is a branch that originated from her main makeup brand, Kylie Cosmetics.

Once Jenner posted to her Instagram sharing the sunscreen she was using, fans reacted right away. Their reactions were negative toward her post but not only because of the sunscreen she was using but also because they said the post "reeked of cringe."
A Reddit discussion was started and one user commented saying, "God it is super cringe. ‘Hey can you film me putting on sunscreen sensually and then post it as a thirst trap?'"
Many others agreed with this comment. They thought the post itself was over the top and with her using another brand's sunscreen, this was just the icing on the cake.

Is Kylie Skin the only brand the Kardashian's and Jenner's won't use? Some fans think so and they also think that Kylie Skin is a scam. On the Reddit discussion for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, they are talking about how Kylie Skin is one brand that the family won't use.
One of the fans on the discussion pointed out, saying, "They use their make up, skims, good american, talentless, yeezy etc. but when it comes to kylieskin they don’t use it. Even in the promo videos it looked like Kylie didn’t want to put it on.”

This assumption may not be true though. Kylie Skin might not be the only product the KarJenners won't use. In fact, other members of the KarJenners have been called out in the past about not using Kylie Cosmetics. There have been other posts on Instagram besides this one that proves this.
Of course, this doesn't mean it is a bad thing that they sometimes use other brands. In fact, the reason may be a simple one. These brands may not have everything they need in a product either.

For example, as one Reddit user pointed out in a comment, Kylie Skin sunscreen isn't waterproof. That could very well be the reason for Kylie not using her brand's sunscreen.
But, this isn't the first time Kylie admitted to not using her pwn brand for skin products. In fact, in July 2019, while she was being interviewed, she told her older sister, Khloe Kardashian that after she gets out of the shower, she covers her body with organic oils. She admitted to buying them in bulk so she doesn't run out and on the Amazon website.

Now, this proves she may not use her own Kylie Skin products because the launch of the brand was in July 2019. This was at the same time she admitted to buying organic oils from Amazon for her skin.
However, it is also possible that her brand doesn't offer the kind of organic oils she wants to use. But, if she made the line, couldn't she also make a product that was just for that need? She could even make it easier for people to apply to their body or add aromas to it, improving on the line.
Although this may be true, the fans also jump on the KarJenners for not using their own brands because they are always acting as ambassadors for their brands. They do this by posting about them on social media. And, when fans think they are being true to their brand by using it themselves, they want to buy it faster. But when they aren't using their own brand, fans start to lose trust in them and their brand.
