Tom Schwartz Is A Free Man, Divorce From Katie Maloney Is Finalized

Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney are divorced. The reality tv couple finalized the paperwork this week. No more ‘Tequila Katie’ for Schwartz-y.

The bar owner and his wife took less than a year to finalize their divorce after three years of legal marriage. Documents obtained by PageSix reveal that the divorce was officially finalized on Oct. 12.

The fact that they both agreed to the divorce is probably what made it go so quickly. They also came to an agreement about how everything will be divided. Maloney didn’t want spousal support and seemingly just wants to push on with her life.

She is the one who filed for divorce from Schwartz, 39, and shared an IG message to her fans about the breakup.

“After 12 years on an adventure through life together Tom and I are ending our marriage,” she shared. “This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose. We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain and we cherish our friendship, insisted the 36-year-old.

“Although we may be on different paths we will continue to love and support one another’s happiness. Thank you all for the kind words and support,” she concluded. She also shared two sweet photos of herself and Schwartz during better times.

The couple was living amicably in their marital home up until this summer when they sold it and truly went their separate ways.

The reality TV couple probably should have never tied the knot in the first place. After nine seasons on Vanderpump Rules, fans were sick of seeing the two go back and forth. Mostly, sick of seeing Maloney get hammered and treat Schwartz like crap!

So many scenes to choose from but a few that stand out are when Maloney told everyone in their friend group and national TV that Schwartz’s man parts didn’t work and she couldn’t stand him. Or the infamous scene where she screamed on her balcony at him during a vacation that his “p***s was this long” holding up an extremely short length between two fingers.

Katie isn’t the only problem, Tom did some messy stuff too. The TomTom owner once dumped a drink on his then-girlfriend’s head and stormed off during what was supposed to be a birthday celebration for Katie. He was also accused of and admitted to cheating on Katie a handful of times.

The divorce will be featured in the popular reality show. As of now, it is unsure how much of it but there were photos of the couple filming during their divorce proceedings. Hopefully, like everything else, fans get a front-row seat to watch this play out.

We know so far that Schwartz allegedly hooked up with co-star Raquel Leviss and Maloney is supposedly pissed. There is just so much to look forward to this upcoming season.
