Lamar Odom's Fiancée Sabrina Parr Wows Sweat-Drenched In Swimsuit Workout Shot

Lamar Odom's fiancée is serving up fitspo – her Thursday Instagram update also didn't hold back on the sex appeal. Sabrina Parr is a personal trainer whose muscle machine of a body just gave fans a giant reminder – coronavirus might have everyone stuck at home, but there's something other than Netflix and Pringles. It's called the gym, and Sabrina has been in it.

Lamar himself was trending on Twitter today after he revealed that Kobe Bryant's death "f*cked me up for real." The pain of losing 41-year-old Kobe may never leave the former NBA star, but he's got this smoking lady waiting for him at home.

Sabrina's photo showed her reclining on a gym bench and backed by a mirror and rows of weights. The star was flaunting her jaw-dropping workout body in all its sweaty glory, seen rocking a high-cut white swimsuit that had been slightly lifted – the rock-hard thighs were already on show, but Sabrina upped the ante by tugging at the swimsuit's lower half for an extra flashy finish.

Sabrina's sculpted arms, shoulders, and hints of her flat stomach were all on show – she was also shooting the camera a piercing gaze.

A caption from Parr confirmed that her photo wasn't brand-new – she's social distancing amid COVID-19.

"Be your own motivation! As you can see; you can’t depend on a person, place or a thing to be responsible for your success. The only thing you truly have is your mind and your will!!! #getuptoparr #sabrinasdetoxtea #tbt," she wrote.

The sizzling photo nonetheless racked up likes, with over 8,600 left in under a day.

Comments poured in, with 40-year-old Lamar himself responding.

"Sheesh," the Los Angeles Lakers player wrote.

Lamar has proven public with his battles against substances and pornography – as well as sex, all via his "Darkness To Light" memoir. The ex to Khloe Kardashian made global headlines in 2015 for being found unconscious in what was assumed to be a drug-induced state at a Las Vegas brothel.

2019 saw Lamar and Sabrina stopped at LAX and asked how things were going, with Lamar admitting that he's given up both porn and candy.

"Him and I don’t even have sex, believe that or not," Sabrina said in 2019, adding:

"I also explained to Lamar how it honours your woman when you don’t touch her, and when you wait, and God repays you for that."

In January 2020, Lamar made headlines as both he and Sabrina promoted the Covenant Eyes app which tracks the basketball star's phone activity. Sabrina is notified of any risky activity.

"For many years I struggled with watching porn. I shared in several interviews that I would get fined in the NBA for being late. I’d rather watch the last scene then stop and get to practice or get to the bus. I didn’t know It was an addiction because that’s something that’s not talked about in our community," Lamar said.

Meanwhile, Sabrina confirmed her hawk-eye status.

"Before Covenant Eyes, I just didn't know what he was doing with his phone," she said, turning to Lamar to add:

"If you do try to watch porn, I'll be notified."
