Carrie Underwood's jaw-dropping workout body is back on the 'Gram. Carrie is currently in quarantine on account of the novel coronavirus, although promo for both her book and 2015-founded Calia by Carrie athleisurewear brand continues.

The video (seen below) showed Carrie shot inside her home garage and mid-workout. The blonde was solo, focused, and 100% showing her insane workout body as she meticulously put herself though her paces –Carrie was jumping rope with gloves on, also seen powerfully jumping on and off a high block.

With the lights in the house switching on as Carrie trained, it looked like an early sweat session as the "Cry Pretty" singer trained in skin-tight blue leggings, plus a black tank that flaunted her ripped arms.

A caption from the brand confirmed the crack-of-dawn situation, then echoing something that Carrie herself has frequently spoken of – putting herself first because it's the healthiest thing to do.

"Sometimes choosing you means a workout at dawn. It’s hard to make time for yourself, but when you do, everything else falls into place. #StayThePath #ChooseYou," it read.

Meanwhile, text in the video had said: "Sometimes it feels impossible, but when I choose me, I'm better for it."

The final scene in the video had shown the "American Idol" winner shot seated and after her workout. The confident smile said it all.

The video didn't take long to bring in the fans – and this girl has them like nobody's business.

"Love this," one wrote.

"415am, before heading to work. No other option and I am blessed! #nurselife ??" was another comment.

The merch seems to be shifting itself. One fan asked if Calia By Carrie ships to Canada, with another confirming they'd stocked up their cart.

"I got my sports bras today. I can't wait to try them out!" the fan wrote.

Carrie has faced criticism over her brand being both on the pricey side and not offering as many inclusive sizes as fans would like, but it's doing brilliantly. In 2016, Calia by Carrie was the third most-purchased brand after Nike and Under Armour at Dick's Sporting Goods.

Carrie recently spoke to Women's Health. While she revealed a brief, 800-calorie-per-day starvation period after her 2005 "American Idol" win – the online trolls got to her – she likewise divulged what she eats today.

Carrie starts the day with egg-white or tofu scrambles, berries, Ezekiel bread, and coffee. She'll put together Tofurky, mustard, and veggie sandwiches for lunch, and dinner might see her whip up a vegan chicken stir-fry. As to snacks, these are healthy green smoothies or protein bars.
