Sean Lowe Shares Juicy 'Bachelor' Details He Has Never Shared Before!

Bachelor Nation knows Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici Lowe found love on Season 17 of "The Bachelor" and ended up getting married in 2014.

Now, the former "Bachelor" lead is spilling some details of how the reality show impacted his life in a new Q&A on Instagram.

In a new Q&A on his Instagram, Sean Lowe is opening up about topics he has never opened up about before, including how his time on "The Bachelor" changed his life.

One fan asked, “Tell us one thing about ‘The Bachelor’ that you haven’t already," to which Lowe decided to really open up and get candid, saying, “All the best things in my life came from that silly show.”

Another fan asked if Lowe is still in touch with anyone from Bachelor Nation, to which the 38-year-old mentioned another "Bachelor" lead, Arie Luyendyk Jr. “I don’t get to see him as much as I’d like to!" he admitted.

But how did Lowe become a contestant on "The Bachelor"? He revealed those juicy details too by saying “My sister is responsible for nominating me!”

When it came to navigating true love, Lowe had some great advice for his 1.2 million followers. “Learn how to argue and resolve conflict in a loving way,” he said, adding, “Get your kids in a routine of going to bed early enough so that you and your partner have time alone every night.”

Since their time on the show, Sean Lowe and Catherine  Giudici Lowe have welcomed three children into their family -- Mia Mejia, 2, Isaiah Hendrix, 3 and Samuel Thomas, 5. But are there plans for a fourth child? Lowe revealed the answer on his Instagram Story.

One fan asked “When can we expect rugrat Lowe #4?!” to which he hilariously responded, “As soon as my wife allows me to touch her again!”

It seems as though Bachelor Nation will have to keep waiting to see if the couple will be adding a fourth child to their family.

Annie Schmidt, the home expert who renovated Sean and Catherine Giudici Lowe's pantry, recently spoke out on the couple.

They had a "clean and modern" vision, which Schmidt brought to life. "The Lowes are both super easy-going and left it to us to brainstorm and create the perfect pantry for their family," Schmidt told PEOPLE. "Catherine asked for a lunchbox and water bottle area (in floor baskets), and we made sure to include lots of snacks on the bottom shelves for easy access for their three adorable kids!"

"Our main goal is function, but we love to create spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and complement the rest of the home's decor," Schmidt continued.

The newly renovated pantry has labeled shelves, making it easy for Catherine, Sean, and the kids to find what they need. "Some are more general like 'cooking' — taco shells, croutons. And some are [more] specific like 'mac and cheese' and the Lowe's son Isaiah's favorite — seaweed," she added.
