Surveillance tapes from Johnny Depp's penthouse CCTV have shown Amber Heard cozying up to billionaire Tesla founder Elon Musk. The footage obtained by The Daily Mail this week saw the 33-year-old "Aquaman" actress getting very cozy with the Space X creator – they were also taken from the private elevator used by the blonde and her former "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor husband, with Musk insisting that Amber had already split from Depp by the time he and Amber started dating.
Amber and Elon were confirmed as first "seeing" one another by Elon's spokesperson: May 2016 was given as the date: "Their relationship didn't become romantic until some time later," the statement read.

Per The Daily Mail, no date or timestamp was available for the black-and-white images showing the actress displaying intimate body language with Musk – Amber was in a bathing suit and towel, seen snuggling up to Musk and, in one image, him draping his arms around her.
The tapes also picked up on Amber bending over to place her hands either on Musks' waist or leg.
Security guards from the L.A. complex the former couple once shared have stated that Musk visited Heard "on multiple occasion" both before and after she filed for divorce in May 2016.

Amber wound up front-page news earlier this year as leaked audio from 2015 revealed cell phone conversations between her and Depp. While accusations of physical violence from Depp towards Amber had been plentiful, fans had yet to hear Amber confess – Amber admitted to "[hitting]" the actor.
"I'm not the one who throws pots and pans and whatever the f*ck else at me," Johnny was heard saying.
"I'm sorry that I didn't, uh, uh, hit you across the face in a proper slap, but I was hitting you, it was not punching you. Babe, you're not punched," Amber stated, adding:
"I don't know what the motion of my actual hand was, but you're fine, I did not hurt you, I did not punch you, I was hitting you."

Amber continued to state nobody would ever believe Depp were he to claim being a victim of domestic violence, saying:
"Do you know I'm a 115, well not anymore, but I was a 115 lb almost 115 lb woman...have I ever been able to knock you off of your feet? Or knock you off balance?" she said, adding:
"You're going to get up on the stand, Johnny, and say, 'she started it'? Really? I have never been able to overpower you that's the difference between me and you...and that's a difference, that's a whole world, and there's a jury and there's a judge will see that there's a very big difference between me and you."

Meanwhile, Depp has filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit following Amber's 2018 Op-Ed in The Washington Post – while the "Justice League" actress didn't name her former husband by name, she did appear to allude to him having abused her.
"I became a public figure representing domestic abuse, and I felt the full force of our culture's wrath for women who speak out," she wrote.
Further violence accusations have seen Depp accuse Amber of throwing a vodka bottle at him, severing his finger after he asked for a post-nup. Amber's side is that the actor was high on ecstasy at the time.
Amber's latest social media activity has steered clear of the drama, with the blonde posting photos and videos of herself social distancing amid COVID-19. A recent update delivered a no-pants look as Amber drove a car, jokingly claiming to be "stealing" your toilet paper.
