Draya Michele has shown Instagram that designing swimwear is more than just diddling around. The "Basketball Wives LA" alum started her Mint Swim line with just $12,000 – by 2017, the brand was worth $1 million. With billionaire Kylie Jenner featuring Mint Swim as part of her "Kylie Skin Summer Trip" back in 2019, Draya's brand is likely worth far more.
The 35-year-old model, reality star, and designer took to Instagram on Thursday to showcase her achievements – and yes, she seems to be literally owning the block.

Draya opted out of showing her own bikini body in this post – the February Bahamas trip that saw Draya party poolside with 23-year-old model and girlfriend to rapper Future more than showcases it, though.
Today's post showed photos and a video of a street corner. A blue sky backdrop came complete with a giant Mint Swim billboard – anyone swiping right then saw a street corner, with the size of the billboard then taking on a new meaning as it was showcased below a strip of stores.

Yesterday saw Draya trending on Twitter after she posted super-sexy videos of herself with soaking-wet hair and wearing electric blue lingerie from Rihanna's Savage x Fenty line. The star does more than influence for other brands, though, with today's post seeing Draya confirm that Mint Swim is a decade old.
"The summer of 2020 will be my 10th year in business," Draya wrote, adding that she now "officially [owns] the corner."
A hashtag of #youcanbeanything was then used.
Rapper Megan Thee Stallion also swooped into the comments section to congratulate Draya: "Boss," she wrote.

It takes a certain something to make content engaging on Instagram. Draya seems to have the knack. The brunette took to Instagram this week amid the coronavirus pandemic – Draya is social distancing – with photos of the star on her knees and washing her floors with Lysol getting both a rubber glove finish, plus a sexy injection – Draya wrote that she was "living out" her "Brazzers fantasy.
Given that the post was a paid ad for Fashion Nova, it likely earned Draya some cash.

Draya has spoken about her brand. The ex to Orlando Scandrick was profiled by Refinery29 in 2017.
“I saved up $12,000 and I invested it completely into my company. I started with four styles of swimsuits and from there, things just grew via social media" she said.
“I can actually remember my last episode on TV," she added.
"On Instagram, I had 2 million followers total. I’ve been off of TV for three-and-a-half years now, and I am at 6 million.”
Draya's Instagram following has since shot up to 7.9 million.
