Kanye West's Friends Allegedly Believe He's Being Manipulated By Candace Owens

School owner Kanye West has been on a downward spiral for most of this year, and it seems like it’ll never end. The rapper has gone from controversy to controversy, all with the support of his new chief advisor, Candace Owens. Recent reports claim the author is working on West’s behalf, defending him from the intense criticism and influencing his behavior.

West recently showed his support for Owens by attending her recent film premiere in Nashville. It’s still unclear if Owens is working as his employee, but sources say it would be taking advantage of his mental state. They also said that her influence in the rapper’s life would “run him into the ground.”

Owens recently confirmed on social media that JPMorgan Chase bank had officially cut ties with West. The decision comes amidst West’s viral anti-semitic statements and the “White Lives Matter” shirt controversy. Several of his friends have also distanced themselves, including Justin and Hailey Bieber.

Several of West’s friends spoke to TMZ about his recent controversies and his relationship with Owens. They alleged that the YouTuber is acting as the rapper’s chief advisor in his day-to-day activities and that the pair had been planning the “White Lives Matter” shirts for weeks before the Yeezy Fashion show.

The sources also said that Owens has been communicating with others on West’s behalf, handling his calls, appearances, and business meetings. The sources explained that West’s friends had mostly distanced themselves from him due to his recent attacks, but they all believe that the rapper is experiencing a mental breakdown.

West showed his support for Owens by attending the premiere of her film, “The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM,” in Nashville on Wednesday. Rapper Ray J was also in attendance, making it a weird reunion between him and West. Sources confirmed to TMZ that Owens coordinated the linkup in spite of the awkward relationship with Kim Kardashian.

West’s friends also said it’s unclear if Owens is working as a paid advisor but that anyone “taking money from him is taking advantage of him.” They said they believe Owens is advising West because of the drastic change in his relationship with Kardashian. The rapper went from being conciliatory and agreeing for her to have majority custody to attacking her and her family on social media.

They also spoke about the effect of Owens’ influence on West’s life and career, saying, “She’s gonna run him into the ground.” Owens recently leaked an old controversial voicemail from Kardashian, which she sent to Ray J years ago during their relationship.

In the voicemail, Kardashian called Whitney Houston, who had a relationship with Ray J at the time, an “old hag.” The sources said they believe Owens leaked the voicemail to prove her allegiance to West, especially in his vendetta against Kardashian.

West has attacked Kardashian consistently on social media since they announced their divorce. He’s accused the reality star of kidnapping their four kids and trying to alienate him from them. Her sister, Khloe Kardashian, recently cleared West on Instagram, stating that his claims are all lies.

Owens recently took to Twitter to share an official notice from JPMorgan Chase Bank to West, in which the bank announced that it’d cut ties with the “Praise God” rapper. The bank is one of several celebrities and brands that have cut ties with West or are reviewing their professional relationship with him.

She wrote, “Earlier today, I learned that @kanyewest was officially kicked out of JP Morgan Chase bank. I was told there was no official reason given, but they sent this letter as well to confirm that he has until late November to find another place for the Yeezy empire to bank.”

Hailey and Justin Bieber are friends of West who have reportedly cut ties with him. Sources confirmed to TMZ that the couple distanced themselves due to West’s attack on Hailey on Instagram. He called her “nose job Hailey Baldloose” and also told Justin to “get your girl before I get mad.” The attack came after Hailey posted a message supporting Vogue Editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, whom West had attacked.
