Carrie Underwood is quarantined like the rest of us. The 37-year-old country singer, clothing designer, and "Find Your Path" author has appeared in a new Instagram photo, reminding fans that the coronavirus pandemic now seeing a quarter of the world's population on lock-down doesn't need to come with total boredom.

The snap posted to Carrie' Instagram yesterday comes shortly after one from her Fit52 fitness app – this one threw out a suggestion that if COVID-19 is keeping you home, you might as well use the time to get into shape.

Carrie's photo showed her seated at an indoor table with attractive flowers, a black coffee, plus her smartphone as she spent a little solo time journaling. The "Cry Pretty" singer had been professionally photographed – a likely scenario is that the snap wasn't taken the day it was posted – but the finish was flawless as Carrie looked at peace.

Carrie was looking downward as she took notes in a ring-bound journal while wearing a baby pink sweater from her 2015-founded Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line, also rocking thick dark lashes, plus her bombshell blonde hair worn down.

A caption from Carrie offered the idea of taking up journaling – if you're stuck at home and have zero ideas bar the Pringles and Netflix, this singer has a helpful suggestion.

"Journaling can be a great outlet and a way to keep you accountable. Just a little #MondayMotivation from #FindYourPath! -TeamCU ?: @cameronpremo," she wrote.

Fans were quick to reply, with the photo itself also clocking over 108,000 likes in a day.

"Me too. I love journaling. Been doing it since I was thirteen. I am now 31," one fan wrote.

"I'm huge into journaling. They’ve been so valuable as I look back through different years and see what I’ve written about things I had forgotten about. ❤️" another said.

Carrie has been updating her Instagram amid the coronavirus pandemic. The "American Idol" winner recently shared a pretty mouth-watering-looking tortilla pizza with a helpful reminder that it can easily be made with random refrigerator ingredients.

"Made tortilla pizzas from the #FindYourPath book for us all this evening! Just used what veggies and tortillas we had in the fridge. Yummy and filling! #Fit52 #Healthy #Practical" she wrote.

As to the #Fit52, that's exploding right now, the Fit52 app already has over 27,000 Instagram followers, with early downloaders deeming it addictive.

Carrie has opened up about her current diet. Speaking to Women's Health ahead of her book release, the star revealed a shocking 800 calorie-per-day starvation period after her 2005 "American Idol" win, although the imbalanced days are behind the star.

Nowadays, Carrie kicks the day off with tofu or egg-white scrambles, berries, Ezekiel bread, and coffee. Lunch might be Tofurky sandwiches with veggies and mustard, with vegan chicken stir-fries mentioned for dinner. Meanwhile, Carrie will snack on green smoothies or a protein bar.
