Britney Spears’ manager Lou Taylor is dismissing her lawsuit against a #FreeBritney supporter after hashing out a secret settlement.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Lou informed the court a settlement was reached with the defendant, Bryan Kuchar.

The docs note, “On behalf of Lou M. Taylor ("Taylor"), Taylor's counsel informs the Court that a confidential settlement agreement has been reached with Defendant Bryan S. Kuchar.” Both sides agreed to pay their own attorney fees.

The settlement comes after Taylor was scheduled to be grilled under oath during a deposition. The case will officially be closed after dragging on for nearly a year.

Back in July 2019, Britney’s manager sued Kuchar in Georgia court. Kuchar is a #FreeBritney supporter who allegedly bought website domains with Taylor’s name. The suit accused him of sharing posts that labeled Taylor the “mastermind controlling the pop star.”

Taylor accused him of posing headlines that included 'Lou Taylor mastermind behind Britney Spears conservatorship, then tries again with Lindsay Lohan' and 'The Britney Spears Foundation goes broke, thanks to an organization highly supported by Lou M Taylor."

The suit claimed Kuchar bought the domains for loumtaylor.com and loumtaylor.net to try and “mislead” the public and tarnish her name. Kuchar allegedly created websites with the domains that touted being, “'Your #1 source for the gay demon exorcist' and 'Your 2nd source for the gay demon exorcist”

The lawsuit accused Kuchar of using the websites to “exploit Taylor’s fame and goodwill for Kuchar’s own commercial gain.”

Taylor is the CEO of TriStar Sports and Entertainment Group. She works with artists Gwen Stefani, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Lopez, and Spears.

As The Blast previously reported, Spears is dealing with her own drama after her son Jayden Federline spilled the family tea on Instagram live.
