Drake is being teased by his friend Tory Lanez over his negative Coronavirus test.
It all started when Drake posted a throwback photo of him at a table read for the HBO show “Euphoria” which stars Zendaya. The rapper who executive produced the show captioned the photo with a sad emoji.
The photo comes days after HBO announced the premiere of season 2 was set to be delayed due to the Covid 19 situation. HBO released a statement, “In response to the global emergency related to COVID-19, we are working closely with our creative teams to assess the status of each of our series in accordance with the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as local health and government officials. We will suspend production on some of our series currently filming and will delay those scheduled to start imminently.”
Drake clearly feels upset the highly anticipated season 2 is being pushed back.
His friend, Tory Lanez, decided to troll Drake in the comments of the post. He wrote, “When u said u tested negative for corona but u tested positive … and only u know…” with a bunch of laughing emojis.
As The Blast previously reported, Drake was hanging out with Kevin Durant on March 10, days before the NBA star tested positive for Coronavirus.
The rapper has been holed up in his custom-built 35,000 sq. ft. mansion in Toronto. He’s been killing time while watching 90’s classics, playing basketball on his NBA regulation-size basketball court
Drake revealed he tested negative for Coronavirus during a live stream with his father Dennia Graham. Drake said the test was “uncomfortable. They put that q-tip all the way inside your thoughts and shit.”
Dennis told Drake, “I think I’m okay. I bought a temperature gun. I was hurting a couple of days ago in my chest and stuff. But you know I’m okay.”
As The Blast first reported, Drake is in the middle of dealing with a legal battle.
