Fitness influencer Jen Selter is continuing to show off her flexibility in the Big Apple.

Even though the weather is getting colder, the 29-year-old fitness model is venturing out into the city that never sleeps to flaunt her incredible flexibility for everyone to see!

Jen Selter Performs Another Revealing Yoga Pose In New York City

On Monday, October 11, the New York native shared another Instagram video set in the city that never sleeps. Set to the tune of Gustavo Bravetti’s “Babel,” Jen does a headstand while balancing with her black-and-white sneakers balancing on the edge of the railing overlooking the water.

The video begins with her stretching her long leg out behind her head, slowly bringing it back to join her other foot on the railing. For this yoga session, she grabbed a blue sports bra and matching leggings that matched the color of the city skyline behind her.

In the caption, she wrote, “Discipline is doing what you have to do, even if you don’t feel like doing it ???? #NYC weather these days ? comment below if you live here and want to get an outdoor workout in!”

Many of her followers don’t actually live in New York City, but many praised her post all the same. “Looking great keep it up,” one fan commented. “Flexible on Tuesday,” another follower chimed in.

“Simply Amazing ?,” a third fan gushed as her 13.4 million Instagram followers showered the post with heart-eye and fire emojis.

In her Instagram Stories, Jen shared a photograph that really showed off the definition in her toned abs as she posed alongside a colorful floral mural in Hudson Yards.

“My first time shooting at Hudson yards this week and I’ve been living in nyc for over 10 years,” she wrote over the photo along with two laughing-face emojis.

She also shared another snap of her leaning up against a metal staircase next to a stone staircase leading up to the Vessel, which opened in March 2019.

She is the only one in the photo as she flaunts her fit physique in a purple sports bra and leggings. “So nice and quiet – rare,” she wrote over the photo.

Jen Shares Her Fall Recipe For Healthy Pumpkin Chip Baked Oats

In addition to her workout videos, Jen is a massive foodie who loves to share her recipes with her Instagram followers. In her latest healthy recipe video, the fitness model showed her millions of social media followers how to make her version of "Healthy Blended Pumpkin Chip Baked Oats."

To make the recipe, fans will need to gather a variety of ingredients, including 3/4 rolled oats, half of a ripe banana, 1 tsp coconut sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, and 2/3 cup milk.

To make the recipe, all fans need to do is preheat the oven to 350F, then mix all the ingredients together in a blender. After that, they just need to pour the mixture into an oven-safe bowl, bake for 20-25 minutes, and enjoy!

Although some fans showered the post with comments of “yummy” and “delicious,” at least one fan admitted, “All I could stare at were her abs ?.”
