Ryan Lochte and his wife, Kayla Rae Reid are the latest celebs to hop on the latest trend and participate in gender-bending "Flip the Switch" challenge.

The Olympic swimmer shared the funny video on Sunday that left his beautiful wife scrambling to cover herself up after being left without a top. She was wearing his swim cap while he wore her leopard top and did a horrible job of applying lipstick.

"Jumping on this #tiktok bandwagon #quarantine," Lochte wrote in the caption of his post.

For those that are unfamiliar with the viral social media challenge, they generally take place in the bathroom and feature a man and a woman. Drake's song, "Flip the Switch" plays in the background and when the rapper says, "flip, flip," the lights go on and off. The man and the women have totally flipped positions, even their clothes. The challenge is generally funny but when Lochte's wife, Kayla is left standing there in Ryan's tiny speedo, the skit is that much more hilarious.

"Just in case you missed it.. or need a laugh ?," Kayla captioned her post that featured the same video.

Ryan's post gained a lot of attention and even earned a few ???? crying laughing emojis from Tamar Braxton. While most fans seemed to really enjoy the funny video, one decided to have a little fun at Lochte's expense but Kayla was not having it and stood up for her husband.

"Do one where you fake getting jumped and robbed for attention!!" a troll commented on Ryan's wife's post.

"do one where you bang your head into the wall then pray you don’t get any dumber ???," Kayla quickly replied.

Of course, the troll was referring to the incident that went down at the Rio Olympics where he was caught lying about being robbed. It's all water under the bridge now.

The 2020 Olympics, that were scheduled to go down in Tokyo this July, have been postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. International Olympic Committee member Dick Pound told USA Today, “On the basis of the information the IOC has, postponement has been decided. The parameters going forward have not been determined, but the games are not going to start on July 24, that much I know.” He went on to say that he expects that the games will not occur until 2021.

Lochte has not yet commented on the postponement of the games but he has been vigorously training for a while now.
