The countdown is officially on for Adele’s long awaited Las Vegas Residency.
Given the superstar will be putting in overtime in Sin City, she’s been keeping things in Los Angeles low-key and loved up.
On Monday, October 10, Adele was photographed taking a super casual dinner with boyfriend, Rich Paul.

In photos obtained by Daily Mail, the two were spotted in Santa Monica, CA. at celebrity hot spot, Giorgio Baldi.
The couple noshed on some exquisite Italian food, which makes total sense, because you have to carbo-load before a big event.
Adele kept it super simple and comfy on her date night.
She wore grey sweatpants, New Balance sneakers, a printed cardigan paired with a white top. Adele ditched the heavy makeup and styled hair for an au-natural look.
The British crooner has been traveling between Las Vegas and Los Angeles in recent weeks to prepare for her residency, but things will go full steam ahead next month.
She's Ready For Las Vegas Residency This Time Around
Adele and her team have done a complete overhaul of the production and are prepared to bring it to The Coliseum at Caesars Palace on November 18th.
You may recall that just 24-hours prior to her initial kick-off date in January, Adele dropped a bomb on excited fans and canceled her “Weekends with Adele” show.
In a tearful video, Adele informed fans the show wouldn’t go on.
“My show ain't ready,” she said. 'We've tried absolutely everything that we can to put it together in time, and for it to be good enough for you. But we've been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID.”

Following the backlash, the singer admitted she struggled for months.
“The first couple of months were really, really hard,” Adele said. “But it actually made my self-confidence grow, because it was a very brave thing to do. And I don’t think many people would have done what I did. I’m very proud of myself for standing by my artistic needs.”
Adele has admitted her canceled ‘WWA’ show was the “worst moment” of her career.
“It was the worst moment in my career by far. I was so excited about those shows. It was devastating,” she admitted.
Adele claimed the show “lacked intimacy,” and she felt “disconnected” from her band.
Months later during an interview with Elle, she explained that canceling the show was the best thing she could’ve done.

The songstress said her new show will tell the story of her career. It will serve up major “nostalgia.”
“I want to tell the story of the beginning of my career to now. I’m not gonna give too much away about it, but the show grows,” she revealed. “It’s all about the music, and it’s really, really nostalgic. It’s gonna be so beautiful.”
It’s taken months for Adele to get to this place, but she is finally ready to give the show her fans have been waiting for for 10 months.
