Tears began to well up in the reality star's eyes as she ran down some of the possibilities that could have made her young son have such a serious health scare including COVID-19, the delta variant is associated with heart attacks and strokes in young people.

Even after all the testing, “we are still trying to figure out,” she admits going on to share that knowing the cause is the important part for her and the doctors.

Specifically, NeNe mentions that Brentt’s speech has been impacted by the stroke, one of the more significant symptoms of a massive stroke. She continues to choke back tears while asking for her “thoughts and prayers”.

“This is a lot, right now, on me,” she admits. The reality star seems in disbelief that she is even in this situation. In fact, she admits, they are “just shocked”.

The reality star also took the moment to address those who are sending their good wishes and want to mail gifts and flowers to Brentt and her. “Please don’t,” she says. “Honestly, we’d prefer balloons,” and she will soon send something out through her people where her fans can donate and help organizations that deal with stuff like this.

She also went on to confirm that she will not be revealing where Brentt is but she did remind followers that “some years ago I had blood clots in my lungs and we couldn’t figure out where they came from.” Now the docs are thinking that Brentt “may have been born with something” that has caused this situation so early in life.
