Jim Edmonds Slams Ex Meghan King Over Wedding Invite Accusations

Jim Edmonds hits back at Meghan King after she accused him of snubbing his kids at his fourth wedding.

King is dangerously close to another sit-down with her estranged ex-husband Edmonds. He is slamming her for even talking about his wedding publicly let alone, accusing him of not inviting his three minor children with her.

“Meghan has continually and intentionally harassed and disparaged Jim to get attention for herself. Then she turns around and complains that she is having difficulty co-parenting with Jim; go figure,” shared a rep for Edmonds with Us Weekly.

The rep went on to accuse King of not putting her children first, “she puts her own best interests above those of her children and uses them as pawns to get herself publicity.

The Edmonds rep finished by getting one last dig in. “Hopefully, at some point, she will get the help she needs and decide to lead a meaningful and productive life.”

Unfortunately, for the former athlete, he has to deal with her until those children are of adult age, and even then, there are still lingering attachments that will have them crossing paths for the rest of their lives!

The couple shares daughter Aspen, 5, and 4-year-old twin sons Hart and Hayes together and as you can see from their ages, this is just beginning. While the couple has divorced and both moved on to new marriages, King was briefly married to Cuffe Owens before another unexpected divorce, they just can't seem to stop fighting in public.

This could be why the mom of three has so much time on her hands to allegedly “harass” Edmonds.

The reason why all this is happening is that Edmonds got married recently and according to King, he never reached out to her to invite their children to his wedding to Kortnie O’Connor, the former nanny of the children.

“I never, like, heard anything about it,” she said on her podcast earlier this week. “I can't ever imagine getting married without my kids.” She went on to clarify in case anyone was confused, “weren't even invited, as far as I know. They don't even have passports and he didn't ask me to get them a passport.”

She also took the time to shade Edmonds and his new wife on their nuptials and how it's a positive for her. Now, Edmonds will totally be leaving her alone. Referencing it as, the “best day of [her] life”.

A few months ago, King shared with Us Weekly that Edmonds was spending too much money on his new bride and not enough on his kids. “He's spending massive, whopping, inconceivable amounts of money on his bride,” she also insinuated that it’s the only way he can keep her around.

“Take her on lavish trips, buy her a Ferrari and Chanel [purses] and private jets. Do anything you can to keep this woman because I don't know what would happen if she was gone. Like, he would fall apart.”

The nastiness between the two has been going on since they filed for divorce that was in 2019.
