Kaley Cuoco Looks Drop-Dead Gorgeous In Amazon Nightgown: 'Good Night'

Kaley Cuoco and her must-have nightgowns are back in the news. The 34-year-old actress made headlines this week for considering nightgowns an "essential" – the sitcom star was reacting to the news that online retail giant Amazon was blocking stock on non-essential items on account of the novel coronavirus.

Kaley might have been told that her essentials are "different" from other people's by billionaire heir husband Karl Cook recently, but the "Big Bang Theory" actress hasn't stopped showing her collection off.

Kaley took to her Instagram stories on Thursday night for a quick selfie. The snap showed the blonde standing in the $12 million Hidden Hills estate she and Karl have just moved into – the 2018-married couple made global headlines as they finally moved in together after two years of marriage earlier this week.

Kaley was seen standing in a loose-flowing, long-sleeved, and white nightgown with an old-fashioned feel, posing with her long blonde hair down and waved across her face. A caption mentioned the nightwear.

"@amazon essentials. Nightgowns. #the1foru," she wrote, adding: "Good night."

Kaley has been mentioning COVID-19 on her social media, also showing that she's part of the crowds finding supermarket shelves stripped bare. The beginning of the week saw Kaley and her equestrian husband hit up their local grocery store – shelves were visibly empty as Kaley pushed a cart around, with the trip turning into a bit of an argument.

Kaley had suggested the couple stocks up on almond milk – the star is a coffee queen and the new face of Starbucks – but Karl seemed unfazed. Since the produce section was "totally full," it wasn't worth worrying.

Kaley's nightgowns are a giant deal. The blonde has worn them to formal events, worked out in them while drinking wine, and even announced that she "only rehearses" in nightgowns. As to the ones purchased, Kaley seems to have a preference for budget-friendly nightwear from Amazon – $1 million per episode on popular "Big Bang Theory" sitcom doesn't seem to have fully spoiled the star.

Kaley now regularly hosts her "A Cup of Cuoco" Instagram series – the impromptu videos showing the star enjoying her first coffee of the day as she chats to fans invariably come with a nightgown wardrobe.

Kaley's days on "BBT" are over, although she will both star in and produce her upcoming HBO Max series "The Flight Attendant." Speaking to She Knows, Kaley revealed what she'll miss the most about playing her Penny character.

"You know, she’s iconic. She’s the best character I’ve ever played. She has every single quality. She’s funny, she’s [silly and] I’m sill, she’s sarcastic. She loves Leonard and she loves these guys and she’s a real girl. You know, we’ve tackled a lot of issues this year. Her even not wanting to have kids and her wanting to be a businesswoman," Cuoco said, adding:

"I don’t think we’ve seen that a lot in television. I was really impressed that they went that path and yeah, she’s a reason why I’m doing everything that I do in the future will be sent back to Big Bang."
