Singer, and apparently average pregnant lady, Katy Perry, seems to be letting the social distancing flow thorough her in a new Instagram post.
Perry, who recently announced her pregnancy just before CoVid-19, or Coronavirus, caused the United States to grind to a halt, was all too ready to get home from Australia when the pandemic was starting to spread.
She, along with fiancé Orlando Bloom, have both committed to keeping away from the public after they both came home from overseas working in their respective high-profile careers.
In her most recent Instagram post, Perry shared a snap of herself standing in her kitchen, eating pickles straight out of the jar, looking for all the world like your average cravings wracked American mother, asking, “What Day Is It Even.”
The pop singer has already admitted on social media that her pregnancy has given her all kinds of odd cravings, and she has made no secret of the fact that she’s indulging them.
Making a priority of social media has been a trend among those with large followings as Americans have been asked to shelter in place to stem the spread of the coronavirus.

Worldwide reports of the potentially dangerous virus have caused international worry about the novel virus strain that is expected to cause quarantine.
Perry, who is engaged to actor Orlando Bloom, is expecting her first child. The Pirates of the Caribbean actor is returning to the United States from filming Carnival Row in Prague for self-quarantine, according to Fox News
The American Idol judge was at the airport within hours of canceling press events in the land down under, and reportedly kept to her hotel room for 24 hours before leaving the country.
However, according to Fox News, after two employees at the Universal Music building in Woolloomooloo were exposed to the virus. Additionally, Perry was staying at the same hotel where Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson were staying before their announcement that they had tested positive for the virus, according to The Daily Mail.
Blooms project, Carnival Row was one of a slew of TV shows that shut down production in favor of stemming the flow of the coronavirus.
The actor announced that he would be making his way back to the states on Instagram stories, according to People.
“It’s farewell from us as we’re going home to be quarantined,” Bloom said according to People.
“We’re coming home to the States, at least I’m coming home to the States because we want to get in before the quarantine,” he added.
“Big love everybody, stay safe out there. Self-quarantine. It seems really crazy actually this whole corona thing, but do the right thing by you and your family and stay safe,” he concluded. “A few weeks, we’ll beat this bad boy.”
