Kanye West recently doubled down on his attack on models Gigi Hadid and Hailey Bieber following their defense and support of Vogue editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson against him. West has been on a 24hour+ rant on Instagram, calling out whosoever crosses him or speaks on his decision to put on a "White Lives Matter" fashion show.
The rapper is also reportedly baffled and shocked by the negative backlash in response to his latest collection, which featured the "White Lives Matter" T-shirts. The "Praise God" artist walked the runway with several models in T-shirts with "White Lives Matter" inscribed. The statement roused the ire of fans and West's fellow celebrities, who went online to criticize the rapper. Some show guests like Jaden Smith even walked out as soon as it began.
While the move seems like a calculated effort to get a rise out of the public, some reports have revealed that West was genuinely shocked concerning the reaction.

Why Kanye West Attacked Gigi Hadid And Hailey Bieber Again
In his now-deleted IG post celebrating Instagram model and rumored ex-girlfriend, Vinetria, West wrote, "They want corny a*s Gigi Hadid and nose job Hailey Baldloose to rally behind an obvious Corey Gamble level non fashion industry plant." The new attack doesn't come as a surprise as West has been on an unending rant following criticism of his runway and t-shirts.
He previously slammed Hadid as "corny" and issued a warning to Hailey following their reactions to his fallout with fashion editor Karefa-Johnson.
After West attacked the fashion editor who had heavily criticized his "WLM" t-shirts, Hadid went out of her way to show her love and support for Karefa-Johnson by calling out the rapper in the comment section of his post.
The model called West a "bully" and a "joke" for his behavior and went on to heap praises on the attacked critic. Hailey also showed her support for the Vogue editor, which led West to retaliate and call out both models several times.
Neither Hadid nor Hailey has responded to West's diss yet.
Kanye West Allegedly Shocked By Public Outrage To His 'WLM' Runway
West was reportedly baffled by the negative comments from the public and his fellow celebrities concerning his latest designs. The artist's latest designs debuted during the Paris Fashion Week and saw West showcase his YZY Season Nine collection.
The designer walked the stage with a T-shirt that had the Pope's face emblazoned on the front while the shirt had "White Lives Matter" emblazoned at the back. Contrary to reports, the show was not an attempt to fire up the public.
Via Page Six, a source revealed West simply wanted to give the "other side" of America a voice. The insider said, "He thinks it's a PC thing. He wants to give a voice to the 'other side' [of the race debate in America]. He doesn't understand why people aren't seeing that."
The Rapper Gave A Speech Before His Controversial 'WLM' Runway
Before the models took the stage, West gave a speech with the controversial shirt and a pair of bedazzled flip-flops he had previously been seen in. He spoke about Kim Kardashian, his ex-wife's robbery in 2016, as well as the number of issues he faced while joining the fashion industry.
West also talked about his most recent fallout with Gap and several other topics. During the speech, the "Donda" rapper referenced his new name change and called himself a leader. "I am Ye, and everyone here knows that I am the leader," he said per Page Six. "You can't manage me."
The 43-year-old previously hinted at the presence of several notable people who would be present in the show, like Kardashian and his ex-girlfriend Irina Shayk. Other celebrities West mentioned include Emily Ratajkowski, Gisele Bündchen, Beyoncé, Angelina Jolie, Lauryn Hill, Naomi Campbell, Bella Hadid, Rihanna, and Amelia Gray Hamlin.
Kanye West Faced Backlash
Despite West's comments, only Campbell, Hamlin, and Shayk appeared at the event. Candace Owens, a YouTuber known for her controversial views, also joined the show in the same shirt.
Unsurprisingly, several celebrities reacted negatively to the display and even walked out of the show. Jaden Smith, a front-row guest of the fashion show, left the event after realizing what was written on the shirts.

Smith went on to post about his reaction on social media and why he left the event. In a tweet, the 24-year-old wrote, "I Had To Dip Lol." He added in a second tweet, "I Don't Care Who's It Is If I Don't Feel The Message, I'm Out." He later tweeted, "Black Lives Matter."
Rapper Boosie also slammed West for his behavior and 'WLM' T-shirts.
