'Counting On' Joy-Anna Duggar And Husband Austin Forsyth Share Ultrasound Of Baby Number 3

TV Personality, Joy-Anna Duggar is starting another pregnancy journey.

The reality star took to YouTube to share the news that she was expecting her third child with her husband, Austin Forsyth. At the time, she shared she was "excited" about the news and revealed that the baby's due date was May 23rd.

The 24-year-old suffered a miscarriage three years ago and was told that her current pregnancy was high risk. She has since visited her doctor for prenatal checks to ensure there were no issues with the pregnancy. She also recently took to Instagram to also share maternity photos that featured her kids and husband, as well as pictures of the ultrasound scan.

In a YouTube video posted on their channel "Follow The Forsyths," the "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" star shared alongside her husband that they were expecting a new addition to her family. The pair, who got married in May 2017, have two kids already, namely Gideon Martyn and Evelyn Mae.

The 13-minute clip, dubbed "Baby #3 Is On The Way," detailed how the actress found out about her pregnancy while holidaying in Alaska with Forsyth. She was seen bursting into joy when the positive result was confirmed after hours of a period of speculation.

"I'm pregnant," she said in the clip, which was uploaded on October 5th, per E!News. The actress also shared that she was "excited" about the news of expanding her family.

During the euphoria of the moment, Duggar started speculating as to when the baby will arrive. "If our calculator is right, this little baby is due May 23rd," she added. "That's like right around our anniversary, which is so crazy."

Duggar's and her husband's excitement about welcoming their baby was also seen in the caption for the baby announcement video.

It read, "We are ECSTATIC and cannot wait to hold this sweet baby in our arms in May 2023! We would appreciate your prayers these next 7 and half months for a safe pregnancy and delivery. We [will] keep you updated with this pregnancy!"

In the comment section, fans of the couple shared warmed thoughts about their incoming addition to the family.

One fan said, "I am so very thrilled for you guys! I filled up with happy tears when you discovered your great news. Of course, I will be keeping you and the baby in my prayers. God is great! Prayers, love, and gentle hugs.."

Another follower wrote, "That is the sweetest pregnancy reveal I've EVER SEEN...you guys made my day. CONGRATULATIONS...may God bless your little growing family IMMENSELY!!!"

Elsewhere in the clip, Duggar recalled her struggles with trying to expand her family. The actress had in the past lost a baby during its second trimester after a routine checkup showed that its heart was no longer beating.

Regarding her current pregnancy, the actress shared that it was a "high-risk" one and has made contact with her doctor to ensure that the pregnancy journey goes smoothly.

"The doctor wanted us to come in as soon as we could as soon as we got home to make sure baby is doing okay," the 24-year-old shared in the video, adding that she's in a "really healthy spot."

Things are already looking good, as the actress later shared that her prenatal tests revealed that there were no issues with the baby. "All of my prenatal labs came back amazing," she said. "I'm so thankful."

Already, Duggar has debuted her baby bump in a series of photos she posted on her Instagram page on Wednesday. One of the pictures featured her two kids and her husband alongside shots of the ultrasound.

In another, the reality star was seen smiling as she faced the camera while her husband kissed her on the cheek. "Baby #3 is on the way!" the 34-year-old captioned the maternity snaps.

Duggar and Forsyth, 28, started dating in February 2017. The following month, Forsyth proposed to the former reality star. The pair then walked down the aisle in May of that same year.
