Meek Mill Upset That BET Let Milan Rouge Perform At Awards Show, Embarrassed Them Both!

Meek Mill is shading the life out of the BET awards for embarrassing him and his family on national TV.

The rapper was utterly disgusted with BET this week when he saw that his baby mama Milan Rouge was invited to perform and it wasn’t entirely up to his standards. He hopped on Twitter to tell off the network.

“Ion like “bet” got my bm tryna spit bars for attention/clout …it’s like a setup embarrassment made to look like opportunity! and I’m with the “women hustler empowerment motion” but y’all drawin ..  Pure manipulation,” he began his series of tweets.

Milan participated in the annual cypher that takes place at the awards show. Her foray into rap is rathe recent as she was previously involved in fashion, starting out selling clothes out of the trunk of her car.

The “Going Bad” rapper tweeted an hour later after the backlash he received over not supporting the mother of his child.

“I was voicing my opinion about a connection to my life and a company I been getting money wit ..  .. all them women lit  love to them! Everything ain’t networking especially if you say you getting money … stay true to your self “phones” made us all get a lil lost even me!”

He followed up with, “I’m scared to rap and say the truth nowadays it’s soooo vicious out here … this run I am tho…. it’s like therapy for me!”

Shortly after, the rapper ended his rant by reminding his followers that BET really isn’t for black people anymore.

“Shit not even owned by blacks to my knowledge…. I live life without narrative one of the reason I don’t have religion …. The streets traumatized me and hypnotized me to that and I’m breaking that! Catch me outside I’m not perfect but I’m not living in that fame narrative lol.”

Meek was accused by his followers of hating on the woman who birthed his child, the ultimate disrespect.

“When you participated in the celebrity basketball game was that you staying in your own lane since you’re a rapper & not a hooper? Should your family have publicly tried to embarrass you bc you couldn’t play? Or are you the only one allowed to have fun and try diff things?” asked one follower.

One follower wanted to know what was so bothersome to Meek about the entire situation. “What’s your beef with it? The fact that people are clowning her or the fact that she did it? None of the ladies are rappers. They are all hustlers and go getters. We all know that. I thought they were just having fun. No?”

The rapper obviously hasn’t responded to the hate on his hate but all around its pretty funny how easily he was called out with examples of why he probably shouldn’t have commented.
