With the coronavirus wreaking havoc on the world, everyone, celebrities included are practicing social distancing and isolating themselves at home as much as possible.
Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich have been doing this, but they've been busy while at home. The former NHL Player posted a video to Instagram in which he was seen making breakfast for his wife.
In the video, he says, “You guys, I’m using this social distancing time to work on a magical skill. I’m getting better at cooking breakfast. So today we have pancakes, we have smoked salmon, I’m going to make some scrambled eggs and some turkey bacon and some tea. And I already have the table set.”
The married pair have been going through a rough patch recently, but sources say they are over it now.
A source told Us Weekly, “Brooks and Julianne are totally fine and are working through any issues they previously faced. At the end of the day, they love each other and they are still together.”
Things appeared to be strained between the pair around the time Julianne participated in an interview for Women's Health magazine, in which she discussed her feelings on sexuality.

She told the publication, “I [told him], ‘You know I’m not straight, right?’ And he was like, ‘I’m sorry, what? I was like, ‘I’m not. But I choose to be with you.’”
Brooks has a podcast with Gavin Degraw called How Men Think and revealed he had been working on his own feelings with sexuality as well.
He said, “Nothing dirty can exist between two people in love. A big part of my journey in 2020 is exploring my sexuality. And by that I don’t mean if I’m gay or straight. I mean, in my sexual relationship, what is my sexuality and what am I craving, and what are my desires and what are my wife’s?”
He elaborated further during the podcast, saying, “This is an honest question for everybody in this room and every single person listening. Are you fully — 100 percent fully — expressed in your true sexuality? With your partner? That you could not imagine a better sex life with your partner. Are you truly there? … I’m not either.”
It was reported that the pair started having marriage problems last December, with sources telling Us Weekly they were "going through a rough patch."

Just before that, Julianne had talked about working on herself within marriage, telling Us Weekly in September 2019, “I think that a lot of the times, we choose people, we choose things before we choose ourselves. This time, he was there to support me choosing me out of the sake of love.”
The pair speak frequently about sexuality and their marriage, on podcasts and in magazines, but perhaps being so open is what put a strain on the relationship? Nothing wrong with keeping things private sometimes.
