Cary Deuber has been off of the “Real Housewives of Dallas” for the past two seasons, but she still has a lot to say about her time on the show. Deuber and her physician husband Mark Deuber appeared on Danny Pellegrino’s podcast “Everything Iconic” this week to dish on her time on the show, if she would ever come back, who she is still friends with and what she did to stay on the show for season two. You will be surprised to hear to what lengths she went to.
Deuber wasn’t the most entertaining on the popular reality show. Mostly because she refused to play into the drama and she actually had a job to go to everyday. She normally didn’t have the patience to go back and forth with the likes of LeeAnne Locken and Brandi Redmond. Now, it seems like she should have played up all that drama. Deuber admitted to having to somewhat fake a storyline for season two in order to stay on the show.

Deuber and her husband were busy building a laser clinic in season two. This was a big deal because it was meant to make Deuber look like a real boss chick. Apparently, it even her project, her man just let her take it over for the cameras. “The laser center kinda started as a goof to have a storyline for season two,” said Mark. He went on to say he basically gave his wife an ultimatum. “The only way that I’m gonna let you play that storyline is if you really get your a-s in there and run something and then I’m gonna go with it.”
Deuber added on that she ultimately went along with it because she didn’t want her storyline to be that her husband was getting sexul fvors at a local hot spot. “I didn’t want [my storyline] to be that he gets his d–k sucked at the round up.” This awful rumor was seemingly started by Locken but when asked which women she still keeps in touch with, Deuber insinuated that she no longer speaks to Redmond because she believes she was the one to start the rumor. Brandi is in the car ride and she is literally egging her [LeeAnne] on, I think. You only see what you see … I wasn’t there. But I feel like … that just didn’t come out of thin air.”

When asked if she would ever return to the show, unlike most former cast members, Deuber wasn’t coy with her answer. It was a flat-out no. “You know what […] I would not go back with the cast the way that it is.” The current cast is Kary Brittingham, Deuber’s friend who she helped get on the show. Kameron Wescott, Brandi Redmond, Stephanie Hollman and D’Andra Simmons. Locken recently announced her departure from the show. Deuber has a whole new show in the works called “Plump it Up” but she is not allowed to reveal much about the show just yet.
