Amanda Bynes will start owing a big monthly payment of child support as soon as she gives birth to her newborn baby, and not only will she have to pay her baby daddy, she will have to fund the cost her parents incur raising her child.
Sources close to the situation, tell The Blast, Amanda will be legally forced to pay a chunk of her income to the father of her baby for child support. Also, as we reported, she will lose custody of the baby to her parents, so she will have to pay all the expenses for them to help raise her baby.
The major issue is Amanda’s finances…
We’re told the large percentage of Amanda’s income is from two properties she owns outright, and the actress collects rent on in Los Angeles. Of course, she is under a conservatorship, so her father handles the property business and finances. The actress also has some money in stocks.
But, as soon as the father of the child files for child support, a percentage of that income will go to him as support. Our sources say the amount will be thousands per month.
Amanda Bynes has amassed a fortune over $4 Million dollars, but the money is quickly draining based on the monthly cost of her mental health care.
Although the way the law works she will only pay a percentage of her income in child support, it’s her own living costs that will cause huge financial issues.
We’re told that Amanda’s current psychiatric facility stay runs the actress between $40-50K a month. Plus, she has been in these types of facilities several times in the past few years. So, the costs of the stay comes out of the actress’s savings.
The issue Amanda faces financially is that as soon as her only income gets cut based on having to pay child support, she may be forced to sell one of her homes to cover her own treatment and living costs. Plus, as anyone with kids knows, babies are expensive. All costs associated with raising the baby will come out of her accounts.
Amanda’s family and advisors are worried this will not allow for Amanda’s current financial structure to allow her to get to a point where the government will subsidize her living and medical expense. In other words, Amanda’s mental condition is in such a bad place, her conservators have to look to the future so she is taken care of into her 60’s. The actress may never have the capacity to have a full-time job or provide for herself or her child.
As we reported, Amanda believes the birth of her child may have been a one-way ticket out of the conservatorship. But, the opposite will happen based on the new pregnancy and getting pregnant with a new boyfriend she met in AA, may just add to the position she is in no position to make important decisions.
