Ian Ziering is paying his ex-wife over $350,000 as an "equalization payment" in their divorce, but he will get to keep his three guns.

According to the former couple's settlement, obtained by The Blast, Ian will shell out a tax-free sum of $362,500 which will divide their community property and assets. The agreement lays out other specifics in how the ex-couple will split their property, including Ziering keeping several guns in his collection.

In the filing, Ian will retain ownership of a Dan Wesson revolver, a Sig Sauer 229, and a Remmington Shotgun. The '90210' star will also get to keep his 1960 Corvette and a timeshare in Cabo San Lucas. Interestingly, it appears Ziering owned the couple's engagement ring BEFORE he met his former wife, so he gets to keep it. It reads, "proceeds from the sale of a diamond engagement right which he had purchased prior to the parties' meeting and prior to the parties' marriage."
