The “Try Guys” founders recently admitted that they were aware of their colleague Ned Fulmer‘s infidelity weeks before it reached the public and are committing to editing him out of their videos, both old and new.
Last week, the entertainment company came under public scrutiny after Ned was discovered in a compromising position with a producer on the show, Alexandria Herring.
Ned married his wife, Ariel Fulmer, ten years ago, and the duo has two children, Wesley, four, and Finley, one. Herring is also in a serious commitment of her own, having engaged her boyfriend of ten years, Will Thayer, recently. After he was spotted with the producer, Ned released an apology statement expressing his regret over his actions.
Not long after, his wife, Ariel, released a similar statement, thanking people for reaching out. The duo will likely stick it out as they were seen late last month with both their wedding rings intact. Herring, on the other hand, might be in hot water with Thayer as he recently took down all their pictures from his social media pages.

‘Try Guys’ Give A Timeline On How They Found Out About Ned Fulmer’s Infidelity
In a recently released YouTube video, Keith Habersberger, Eugene Lee Yang, and Zach Kornfeld spoke concerning the controversy surrounding their co-founder Ned. They revealed that they knew about the cheating situation at least four weeks before it circulated. The video was named “what happened,” and there, the trio talked about what led to their decision to cut ties with Ned.
Kornfeld said, “By now, we’re assuming you’ve seen the Reddit threads and TikToks and tweets and news articles. We want to give you a timeline of what’s transpired and some transparency into our decision-making.”
Habersberger continued the conversation, revealing that they were made aware by several fans of Ned’s romantic behavior with an employee in public. In response, the management spoke to the employee and confirmed the reports. They also discovered that the affair had been ongoing for quite some time.
Keith Habersberger Said They Were Shocked
Upon confirming the affair, Habersberger revealed that they were shocked because they had no prior knowledge that such a relationship was going on. “We just want you to know that we had no idea this was going on,” he said. “All of that information was just as shocking to us as this has been for you this week.”
Yang explained that the management proceeded to contact some lawyers as well as public relations and Human Resources experts to make the proper steps and avoid any unnecessary blowbacks.
The 36-year-old explained, “We were acutely aware of just how contrary this was to the values of the company we’ve built and those of everyone who works here. This is something that we take very seriously, and we refuse to sweep under the rug; that is not who we are, and that is not what we stand for.”
Ned Fulmer Will Be Edited Out Of Try Guys Future Videos
Ned’s dismissal from the company was announced on September 27; however, Kornfeld revealed they “signed written consent approving the removal of Ned as manager and employee” on September 16. He is notably absent from a number of the more recent videos with “Try Guys” as well as their social media posts.
In a move Kornfeld revealed was quite expensive, the 35-year-old will be digitally erased from all “Try Guys” videos and also will get taken down from their merch store and marketing products. The trio also admitted that the investigation findings could not be released publicly for legal reasons.
Habersberger further stated that the main reason the company took longer to bring the issue to light was that it directly affected “real people.” They ultimately had to go public with the issue after photos and clips of Ned and Herring began circulating online.
‘Try Guys’ Asked Fans To Exercise Patience
In the emotional video, Yang explained that the trio were “incredibly shocked and deeply hurt” by Ned’s actions, especially in relation to the company they built from the ground up eight years ago. “We feel saddened — not just personally but on behalf of our staff and fans that believed in us,” he added.
“I don’t know that we can articulate the pain we feel at this moment,” Kornfeld said. “It’s hard to rewatch old videos that we love and are proud of, we are losing a friend, someone who we built a company with, have countless memories with […] We are sorry this ever happened, and we don’t know what else to say.”
As the YouTube clip concluded, the “Try Guys” members asked fans to “exercise” kindness regarding how they felt about the situation. They revealed that Herring, the producer was the recipient of a lot of backlash, and the company would release news concerning updates in the future.
