The legal drama between the former married couple, co-stars, and parents to three-year-old Hudson — Christina Haack and Ant Anstead —has reached new heights since the latter asked a California court to grant him full custody of their son.
Not only did the mother-of-three slam him for his accusations through a declaration, but she has now agreed with a post that "diagnosed" her ex with "post-separation abuse."
Christina Haack & Ant Anstead Are Not Equal In Custody Battle For Their Son
It seems there is no end for Christina and Anstead, who recently picked up their custody case. After filing a declaration claiming that her ex-husband's accusation that she was "exploiting" their son was false, the "Christina on the Coast" star revealed what she thought the problem was.
The reality star reposted a statement from Kaitlyn Jorgensen, whose Instagram bio reads, "Creating stronger strategies in response to Intimate Partner Violence," to her Instagram Story.
Jorgensen's original post highlighted a headline that spoke about Christina's decision to stop posting Hudson online amid the "manipulation tactics" from Anstead. Blurring out the body of the news, Jorgensen wrote:
"Can we establish something here? This is not an "agreement" - an agreement is something that you enter into voluntarily. However, when your ex husband sues you, disparages you, comes for your career, your new marriage, children, family, friends, etc., your element of free will is removed from you. It's like being taken hostage."
She added that moms that endured "Post-Separation Abuse" were not "free to enter into "agreements" with their ex-husbands/abusers, and I wish the press would point this out."
Jorgensen concluded by noting that Christina and her ex were "not equals in this" as Anstead kept "weaponizing the Courts to punish" his ex-wife for "existing outside of him, and for being brave enough to leave him."
Although Christina did not add anything to the reposted Story, her feelings on the subject have remained clear. Per the legal documents, which The Blast shed light on earlier, the 39-year-old claimed:
"The allegation that I am 'exploiting' our son is truly offensive and simply untrue. After seeing what Ant has written in his Supplemental Declaration it is clear that his motivation is not Hudson's best interest."
After noting how Anstead's allegations held no water as regards her bond with their son, the real estate investor maintained that she has "never exploited our son Hudson." However, Hudson had made the occasional appearance "in a few of my Instagram ads," which took less than five minutes each to film.
Even at that, Christina has access to "all the footage," which showed Hudson partaking in "fun activities that he enjoyed doing, such as playing with toys or making cookies." The blonde bombshell further alleged that Anstead chose to "tarnish" her "good name with knowingly false allegations."
She revealed that it was not until she debunked the car enthusiast's allegations that he agreed to resolve the matter privately.

The Blast reported recently that Christina used a loved-up post to remind almost 2 million followers of her priorities. The sweet Instagram post featured no other person than the "Flip or Flop" star's husband, Joshua Hall.
The couple appeared to be enjoying quality time at a campsite with logs of burning woods in their front and greenies behind them. Josh and Christina seem unbothered by the chilly weather as the latter sat in her husband's lap and gave him a big smooch on the lips.
The pair are similarly dressed in snug jean jackets and bottoms. Their feet are protected by boots — brown for Josh and black for his wife. Alongside wood log, love, and fire emojis, Christina wrote in the caption:
"Tennessee nights. This place has been so good for my soul."
Taking what seemed like a jab at Anstead, the twice-divorced star explained that whenever the "world is spinning, and people are a*sholes, this is my safe space." She then expressed how much "the fall weather, the trees, and animals, quiet nights by the fire" meant to her, concluding:
"Life is short. Spend it with people who light up your life instead of try [SIC] to dim it."
Since she shared the photo with her fans, it has attracted over 60k likes and numerous words of support in the comments.
