Reginae Carter just keeps on wowing. The 21-year-old daughter to rapper Lil Wayne is now somewhat of a social media sensation – her Instagram following of 4.8 million is also steadily rising. Reginae is now an ambassador for Rihanna's Savage x Fenty lingerie line, although Friday saw the beauty influencing for a more low-profile brand – Matte Collection swimwear was featured.
Reginae's post showed off her stunning figure, but it likewise saw the "Growing Up Hip-Hop" star wish she were somewhere sunny – Jamaica.

Reginae's photo showed her standing indoors and on a tiled floor overlooking a sunbathing deck – while the pool not featured was an indoor one, the star was wishing she were poolside in the Caribbean.
Reginae was wowing the camera nonetheless. Her fit and curvy body was being shown off via Matte Collection's animal-print Noah swimsuit – the multi-color and criss-cross-banded one-piece boasted a plunging neckline and cute waist ties. It also retails for just $16. Carter stood with her legs together as she struck a pose, with the camera taking in everything from her curves to her beauty.

Fans seemed to have paid attention to the star's caption.
"just wishing I was at the pool somewhere in Jamaica rn ??♀️
Swimsuit : @mattecollection," she wrote.
A reply quickly came in froma fan appearing to be in Jamaica, where cases of COVID-19 have already been confirmed.
"No sis there's 'Rona out here," the fan wrote.
Another fan replied, appearing to have broken down Reginae's caption into more detail – "Lol that's why she said Just wishing," the user wrote.
The update also proved popular overall, racking up over 104,000 likes overnight. Matte Collection has also been promoted by 22-year-old model Jordyn Woods.

Reginae's post wasn't a full-blown ad, but it did see the star influencing as is commonplace on Instagram. Pay on the platform directly correlates with following, something that Vox has broken down, although these are just estimates.
"Influencers with up to 1 million followers can get $10,000 [per post], depending on the platform, and 1 million followers and up, you’re getting into territory where they can charge $100,000. Some can even get $250,000 for a post! Especially if the content is on Youtube and the influencer is in the gaming industry."
It's likely that Reginae will soon hit 5 million followers.

A fair few users had discreetly mentioned Reginae's ex YFN Lucci in the comments – the couple split in 2019. Speaking about the breakup and being in the public eye, Reginae said:
“Right now we’re both just doing our own thing. You know with growing up and being so young and having the relationship in the public and having everyone’s opinion and everyone feeling like their opinion matters, it’s like, it’s a little stressful. But honestly, I’ve been learning that no matter what, I gotta do what’s best for me and I gotta follow my heart. I gotta do what makes me happy."
